The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms and facilities were great. Location is great close to the center and easy walking distance to the beach
One of the lift was not working and there was a funny smell on the hall way evertime, other than that it’s a good value for money I will definitely recommend.

Overall, our stay at Radisson Cannes was a mixed experience.
On the positive side, the room service was good, the housekeeping staff was polite and attentive, and the general standard of the rooms was nice.
However, there are several significant drawbacks that impacted our mood:
1. Location: The hotel is quite far from the city center, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer to walk everywhere.
2. Reception Staff & Service: The level of hospitality at the front desk was very disappointing. Staff members communicated with forced, fake smiles and were unhelpful. For instance, we were told that sea-view family rooms for three guests simply "do not exist" at this hotel. Furthermore, on a very hot day, they refused to offer even a basic bottle of water for our journey upon departure.
3. Beach Access Issue: Another unpleasant detail is that the direct passage to the sea is completely locked in the evening. Guests are forced to take a long detour through the town just to reach the waterfront at night, which is very inconvenient.
Small details make a big difference in the hospitality industry. Management should definitely pay attention to the customer service quality and attitude at the reception desk.

I had a very pleasant stay .The room was spotless and the view was amazing .I would definitely recommend this hotel.
