Ruhige Lage, in der Nähe des Strandes. Nähe Zentrum von Cannes.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nicht genug gekühlt, War zu warm im Zimmer.
Zugang zum Strand via Passerelle (Überquerung Bahnlinie) und Strassenüberquerung.

Great choice if you want a good pool.
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice view from balcony.
Pool area great with plenty of shade and I love to have grass round the pool not concrete.

Cons:

Can’t walk into Cannes. Noise from the road.
Restaurant menu for adults very restrictive and you can’t walk to other restaurants. Charged €16 for an omelette for my 6yr old for dinner - there is no child menu.

Hotel jako Radisson został otwarty w 2026 roku, po przejęciu dawnego Luxotel Cannes przez Byron Gestion i gruntownej modernizacji. Umowę ogłoszono w sierpniu 2025 r., a ponowne otwarcie pod marką Radisson zaplanowano i zrealizowano w 2026 r. Obsługa super.

Another excellent stay
Pros:

This is the perfect hotel for the price. The most friendly and kind staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed here twice now, last year (before it was a Raddison) and again this year (now it has been refurbished) and I will come back next year. It is Opposite the beach, within easy walking distance to central Cannes, clean, with a good breakfast - everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel!
