Convinient location if you have a car and free parking. You can drive to the car park in Orvieto which avoids the ZTL. Reception were very helpful in giving us confidence we would not enter ZTL in the car. Breakfast included which was a bonus as didn’t expect this
We stayed on a very hot summers night 30+ degrees and the Ac just wasn’t strong enough to bring the temp below 29 degrees. In the end we firefighter whatever ac was coming out by opening the windows to get a breeze into the room.

It's a long way to walk there from orvieto and there is no restaurant. 'the restaurant is only for large prebooked events, not hotel guests. If you arrive later in the evening there are no nearby food outlets. Breakfast was ok.

l hotel a vécu, plus tres moderne, clim dereglée, pas de bouteille d eau dans les chambres, trace d'inondation dans la salle de douche , chasse deau qui fui. Petit déjeuner passable , produits industriels et pain tres sec , Prix excessif par rapport a d'autres hotels 3 étoiles que nous avons frequentés

Spazi grandi sia internamente e spazio per le auto. Staff gentile. Nel complesso valutazione più che buona.
The location was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Parking right outside. Breakfast was good. Good value for money. We had a problem with a/c, called reception and they fixed it.
The shower was a bit small. Pillows were a bit flat.
