Ottimo hotel.
Pros:

Mi sono trovato benissimo. È la seconda volta che vado. Il personale è sempre gentilissimo e professionale. Ampio parcheggio. Zona tranquillissima, dalla stanza avevo una bella vista su Orvieto e le colline circostanti. Colazione più che ottima. Avevo prenotato due singole vicine, pur di accontentarci ci hanno dato delle stanze molto più grandi. Ottima pulizia.

Cons:

Una pignoleria. Forse ci vorrebbe un cambio mobili. Ma quelli che ci sono, erano puliti e comodi.

A good surprise
Pros:

I am giving 5 stars out of affection for this somewhat dated, but welcoming hotel. Plus points: kind and helpful staff. Spacious rooms , we stayed here twice in a week and both times had a large room with lovely view onto the old town of Orvieto. Good breakfast with a choice of sweet and savoury items. There is something charmingly analogue about the place. The rooms have everything you need but no silly extras and “instagramable” junk such as plastic flowers and unnecessary decoration. There is a mini fridge, a large comfortable bed, a big enough bathroom with shower and bidet, a cupboard with extra pillows and blankets. This used to be a religious conference and retreat centre, and maybe some of that spirit still inhabits the place, you do not feel that commercial considerations rule every last decision here, instead there is space and calm.

va bene per una notte di passaggio, colazione ok

Cons:

camere vecchie e non isolate, i vicini di camera hanno parlato (e non solo) fino alle 3 di notte, e non essendoci isolamento adeguato si è sentito tutto...risultato notte insonne. struttura datata, un po' troppo
