Ex struttura per seminario e ritiri religiosi, veramente obsoleta e squallida, La stanza aveva un odore di bruciato, avevano messo una stufetta perché i caloriferi non funzionavano, Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la stanza e ce ne hanno data un’altra dov’è il riscaldamento era ad aria che soffiava sulla testa con un rumore molto fastidioso e con temperatura fissa senza possibilità di modificarla, insomma qualità veramente mediocre ad un prezzo esagerato ( € 153/ giorno al posto di € 80 perché c’era il festival jazz in città ), Pur avendo già pagato ce ne siamo andati trovando fortunatamente una sistemazione in altra struttura accogliente. Andrebbe ribattezzata “ oasi dei martiri ) Giudizio finale: pessimo e sconsigliassimo

Hotel un pò datato ma con comodissimo parcheggio privato, abbondante e varia colazione. Il tutto va inquadrato nel prezzo che per la zona è molto buono.

Cons:

Il personale alla reception per 2 volte consequtive non era presente ( dietro il desk) e abbiamo dovuto cercarlo.

Gentilezza nell accoglienza ..struttura pulita... camere grandi....colazione a buffet con ampia scelta

Darò 5 stelle perché ci siamo trovati molto bene...come consiglio che posso dare:insegna più luminosa che rende giustizia alla grandezza del posto.....e cambierei i piatti doccia e cabina doccia danneggiati.per il resto tutto perfetto.xo ritorneremo

Pros:

Camera ampia e ben arredata. Ottima la colazione. Comodo l'ampio parcheggio. Bella la vista dalla camera: colline a vigneto. Gentile il personale.

Cons:

Riscaldamento dovrebbe funzionare per un orario più lungo, non solo nel tardo pomeriggio e al mattino. In zona sembra non ci siano ristoranti, occorre spostarsi (in auto) a Orvieto o a Orvieto Scalo.
