Struttura non curata.
Pros:

Gli spazi esterni.

Cons:

Struttura moderna ma ferma agli anni 80/90,non curata e poco pulita specie all' esterno (balconi, viali). Alcuni generi alimentari per la colazione presentati sfusi (fette biscottate, marmellate, miele, ecc.).

Pros:

Ruhige zentrale Lage, supersauber, bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, geräumige kostenlose Parkplätze, Tipp: tolle Aussichten von der Dachterrasse, 4. Stock ( Aufzug)

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, ja, das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert und es ist sehr sauber
Wir würden uns dort auch für eine ganze Woche aufhalten
In 6 Minuten Fahrzeit ist man an einem megagrossen günstigen Parkplatz, der mit Treppen und Rolltreppen direkt vom Parkplatz aus in die tolle Altstadt von Orvieto hoch transportiert (Aufzug gibt es auch, der funktionierte aber nicht an dem Tag), dort gibt es viele schöne Restaurants ( Achtung: die Rolltreppen und Treppen schließen um 21 Uhr) man kommt aber auch so bequem zu Fuß zum Parkplatz zurück

It's your old school family hotel, that's probably been around for years and should be still for many more. The room was big, the bathroom as well, the bed was super comfy, some things were a bit dated but still working well, we had a nice view of Orvieto from our windows, breakfast was generous and satisfying, staff was helpful and friendly, and there was private parking. Super good!

Cons:

The bathroom could be modernized a bit, but it was still clean and working. And the tv placement was a bit off, as it was small and far from the bed.

Posizione ottima in un contesto tranquillo, colazione buona

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto una blatta nel bagno, il letto matrimoniale non eccessivamente comodo in quanto composto da due letti singoli tenuti insieme dal copri materasso. Rapporto qualità/prezzo lascia un pò a desiderare

LA STRUTTURA, A POCHI CHILOMETRI DALL'USCITA DEL CASELLO AUTOSTRADALE DI ORVIETO E' FACILMENTE ACCESSIBILE E DISPONE DI UN PARCHEGGIO INTERNO ADEGUATO. LA LOCATION E' AVVOLTA NELLA QUIETE, BENCHE' VICINISSIMA AL CENTRO. AD UN TIRO DI SCHIOPPO C'E' UN GRANDE CENTRO COMMERCIALE COMPRENSIVO DI UN SUPERMERCATO. LE CAMERE SONO AMPIE E LUMINOSE. LA NOSTRA SI AFFACCIAVA SULLA BELLISSIMA CAMPAGNA UMBRA. COMODO IL LETTO. IL PERSONALE CHE CI HA ACCOLTO ALL'ARRIVO SI E' RIVELATO EMPATICO E DISPONIBILE, FORNENDO ANCHE SUGGERIMENTI TURISTICI. Sicuramente la posizione per visitare la città, la dimensione delle camere e la colazione

Struttura vecchia e mal tenuta, camera non particolarmente pulita (tantissima polvere su tende e armadio), puzza di umido e risalita di odori sgradevoli dal bagno, porta del bagno col legno marcio, doccia rovinata, scrivania con un pezzo smontato, una tapparella non rimaneva su, per niente insonorizzata. Per fortuna dovevamo passare solo una notte come tappa di un viaggio più lungo, il costo leggermente più basso rispetto le altre camere in zona non giustifica una tale incuria

Pros:

Se trata de un edificio que anteriormente fué un convento y desde el año 2000 se estableció como hotel. Todo el inmueble muestra sus cicatrices de los años transcurridos. Los espacios son muy amplios; salones, zonas comunes y entorno en general. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación después de dos reclamaciones por el aire acondicionado. En cuanto al desayuno yo estoy acostumbrado al clásico internacional, no está mal pero...

Cons:

Sobre todo la climatización.
