A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Group Reservations Policy:
Bookings of six (6) rooms or more are classified as group reservations and are subject to separate Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of such a booking, our Group Reservations Department will contact the guest to outline the applicable procedures and request confirmation of the group terms. Failure to comply with or accept these terms may result in the cancellation of the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The Breakfast is excdllent
- The bathroom is very very small.
- The beds, though comfortable, are very narrow.
I liked the cleanliness, the central location to train stations as well, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were smaller than expected.

We really appreciate your willingness to help us with our luggage, especially as we arrived very early in the morning - the staff did a great job.
We also felt very safe throughout our stay. It was reassuring to see that there was always someone available at reception, as well as a very kind security guard on site 👏🏻
Also we would like to highlight the beautiful design of the rooms - they are incredible. We absolutely loved them. The quality is outstanding for such a reasonable price.
The location is also fantastic - being so close to Hyde Park made our stay even more enjoyable, and the easy access to the Underground was a huge advantage for getting around the city.
We highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel 👌🏻😊
It can be a bit noisy in the evenings and at night, but earplugs do the trick - the stay is definitely worth it.
One small suggestion would be to make the apartments’ doors close a little more quietly.

Väcktes varje morgon kl 06 på vår semester!!! Av buller!!!
När vi drog undan gardinerna första morgonen var det en byggnadsställning precis utanför där utsikten var byggarnas ben. Inget som framstod vid bokningen!!
Att managern skulle kontakta oss för att kanske byta rum eller dylikt fortfarande inget svar på mejl!!!
