Sometimes things need to get ugly before they get pretty ! Our guests are at the heart of all the decisions we make, and your comfort during this period has our priority. We look forward to welcoming you during and post-refurbishment to share more enhanced experiences.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Group Reservations Policy:
Bookings of six (6) rooms or more are classified as group reservations and are subject to separate Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of such a booking, our Group Reservations Department will contact the guest to outline the applicable procedures and request confirmation of the group terms. Failure to comply with or accept these terms may result in the cancellation of the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Que linda sensacion entrar a un hotel que huela tan rico! Estan remodelando el hotel y las habitaciones nuevas son muy lindas. Las camas son comodas y el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerda de la estacion Queensway. Ademas, a un par de cuadras hay varias opciones para comer, restaurantes, cafeterias, Mc donalds, etc y una estacion Shell cerca que te salva cuando volves tarde. El Kensigton gardens esta cerca para disfrutar una caminata o disfrutar una tarde al aire libre.

Cons:

Habia que golpear la puerta para poder cerrarla bien. Habia solo un ascensor (pienso que quizas debido a la remodelación), habia que esperar para usarlo principalmente si salias en horarios de check in / check out.

La struttura è super moderna, pulitissima e non manca davvero nulla. Di fronte c’è hyde park, la fermata della metro e del bus sotto l’hotel, molto comode. Lo staff è sempre stato molto disponibile e cordiale per ogni esigenza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Cons:

La stanza non era grandissima ma perfetta per un alloggio di qualche giorno.

Very noisy rooms
Pros:

The rooms are modern and comfortable. Hotel's location is superb.

Cons:

Extremely noisy. The walls are very thin, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. The doors shut extremely loudly, waking you up every time someone enters their room. Even the best noice-cancelling headphones are worthless here. I considered switching hotels in the middle of the night. The noise makes you feel like you're in a budget hostel, which is a real shame for such a good looking and well maintained property.

Nell'area da ristrutturare è dimenticata la piccola manutenzione
Pros:

La struttura è vicinissima a metro e a varie fermate bus, quindi molto comoda per spostamenti. L'hotel è in ristrutturazione (scrivo a marzo 2026) quindi la maggior parte delle zone sono nuove e di ottima fattura.

Cons:

Stanza nell'ala ancora da ristrutturare del palazzo piuttosto abbandonata a se stessa, prezzo ridotto a ragion veduta.. per raggiungerla sembra di camminare in un cantiere. Stanza con materassi sfondati e scomodi, soffitto molto basso (1mt e 90)
