Awesome hotel !!
Pros:

Awesome hotel located in a beautiful green surrounding! It definitely stands out in Mestre! Great customer service! The receptionist were always smiling and so helpful!!
Impeccable room! Clean, new, modern!!
Great buffet breakfast offering a personal gluten free basket for me with bread, toast, crackers,various types of cookies and musli (im celiac). I was very impressed!!
Hotel located one min from bus station (20 min drive to Venice).

Great starting point for Venice visit.
Bus station for Venice- pl.Roma in front of the hotel.
Bus tickets available at reception desk.
Hotel is in safe neighborhood.
Very clean place.
Breakfast options great.
And last but not least,staff is really frendly.

Cons:

If i need to say something, it would be bed mattress.
Could be more comfy.

Empfehlenswert um Venedig zu erkunden
Pros:

Gute Lage, leicht zu erreichen von der Autobahn, gute Verbindung mit dem Bus nach Venedig, sehr gutes Restaurant. Service sehr gut.
