Location
The room was super small. Bed were not Queens. The room curtains were extremely stair and had holes. The overhead light fixtures were broken and very dirty with old bugs in it. The smoke detector had a bad wrapped around it. There were metal pieces of the bed sticking out. The elevator was very dirty.

The breakfast and our double queen bed room for 4 people only had 3 towels
Hotel was clean.
Bed was uncomfortable. Pool was really cold. Waited at the desk for 5 or 6 minutes waiting to be helped despite ringing the bell 3 times. Asked for extra blankets on my pre-check-in but never got those.

Not enough bedding and towels in room, had to get additional from front desk.

Price high due to NASCAR race weekend yet hotel 27 miles from race venue.
Very good experience! Everything was clean, and the amenities for the price was perfect. The staff were friendly, especially the manager. I'll definitely use this location again.
Rooms were humid, unless the air was very cold, but this is not the staffs fault.
Liked that there was a breakfast option. Rooms were spacious.
They need dehumidifiers. The beds in room 217 felt wet and uncomfortable to sleep on. In all the rooms we stayed in, the couches were stained and unclean. There was hair in the shower/tub. Curtains were ripped from the track. Overall, the moisture in the rooms was awful.

Breakfast was very limited and the same every day biscuits and gravy and waffles no eggs crowded in the area dirty tables I have been in food service I offered to help no staff for breakfast the front deck had to do it all
