Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. Property was a little worn, showers needed most attention. Plenty of room and ducting kitchen with plenty of local shops and mall within walking distance.

Family Vacation & 1st Visit to Dubai
Pros:

The Hotel Staff were unprofessional as upon check-in I informed them that we would be leaving a day earlier than the initial checkout date on my booking. They claimed this cannot be changed without Hotel.com and asked for my passport to verify the booking. The following day, they claimed I have to pay the total due for 10 nights as against the 9 nights we stayed with a promise that the extra night deposit will be refunded as soon as they sort out administrative issues with Hotels.com

Communication was very poor as most of the staff struggled to speak basic English. The apartment itself was spacious and clean although by the 2nd/3rd day, the bathrooms leaked after shower and they were never fixed until we left. The kitchen was great as we had a functional refrigerator, cooker and washing machine and we throughly enjoyed this during our vacation. The ironing board and iron was also functional and okay.

TV Channels was limited to I think CNN and BBC those were the only watchable channels. No decent Sports or Movie channels available.

One more positive through is their honesty as I forget a wireless headphone in one of the bedrooms, which was subsequently handed over to a friend who visited Dubai the week after checkout.

Good place to stay
Pros:

This was a good place to stay. I did read reviews about this place not being clean, however that was not the case. It was clean and i found no problems with cleanliness.

The apartment was a big 2 bedroom with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Service from all staff members was amazing and they were very accommodating.

My only issues with the place was some of the worn out furniture, broken shower door which was not replaced while the frame was there. One of the toilet tank buttons missing and the pressure in one of the bidets being really low even though we turned the faucet on all the way.

All of the issues above were not a deal breaker at all as the rest of the stuff was pretty good. The location is pretty central as well. I would rate it a 4/5 and would still recommend this place for the price I paid.
