Comfortabele overnachting
Pros:

Zeer comfortabele bedden

Cons:

Ik kwam met het openbaar vervoer, het pad naast het hotel dat naar de bushalte loopt is onverlicht, dit voelde wat onveilig.

Oke maar prijzig

Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Personeel sprak alleen Engels. Voor mij geen probleem maar wel slecht in een Nederland. Geen stopcontacten bij het bed. Geen extra deken. Hotel geeft een beetje een verlopen indruk.

Ok stay but previous value for money missing
Pros:

It was Ok but in the last year the propoerty has begun to look and feel tired, Could do with refurbishment and not as clean as before

Cons:

Cleanliness was a bit disappointing for a chain hotel. Rooms Ok but not more than that. Paintwork becoming damaged and not repaired. Price has increased in the last year but quality has dropped.

Pros:

De beveiliger in de nacht was heel aardig en gaf ons een roze koek omdat de snoep automaat stuk was.

Cons:

Matras veel te zacht, dat moet echt beter! Geen Nederlands sprekend personeel, Engels praten is niet erg maar geen Nederlands dan sla je de plank wel erg mis. Daarnaast was het ontbijt voor de helft op, waren geen borden, broodjes waren zacht.

TL;DR: Hostel level service for more than 100€ a night at the far end of the city
Cons:

Cleanliness is an issue. My shower drain was clogged up, there was still the cap of the shower gel bottle of the previous guest on the floor of my shower and the mattress topper was dirty as well (saw it after the sheet slipped off during the night).
At checkout (I stayed only one night), the receptionist noted down the issues and said they would check before the next guest. For me personally, they did nothing, not even a verbal "I'm sorry we failed your expectations."
