By booking the scenery hotel we get this view?! Non of hotel description or photos reflect this situation - King Cottage. When we request to do upgrade - and booking.com shows LOWER price than we have paid - the hotel response is - we can’t change your room without EXTRA USD 100 per night. (It’s 40% increase). By the way, hotel is empty.
Front desk person Philip completely ignorant of this issue - poor customer service. I give positive credit to Lennea who took over and offered USD 100 in-house credit if we do make an upgrade paying extra USD 200 for 2 nights.
The room rate difference between King Cottage and Premium King room on your official webpage is USD 20 ‼️ what audacity to charge us USD 100 per night 🤬

My wife booked us this trip and wanted to surprise me for my birthday which was on Christmas day. I was super excited to stay here.
Upon arrival the valet staff was polite. We checked it and we were happy to be here. Not knowing my big surprise when I pulled back the bed covers. A total of three sex stains were on the sheets. We were very disgusted by how a 4 star resort can make mistakes like this. My wife was furious and wanted to leave. Instead we walked back to the front desk to let them know, they said sorry and will change the sheets. We came back to the room after our dinner at the Grand View ( food was decent, presentation was horrible, the food was sliding around) We went back to our room. Yes the sheets were changed but then they put another sex stained pillow on top of the clean sheets.
We stayed 12/26-12/28 and have tried to call them and have their customer service liaison or GM to reach out to us. We have not heard any reply or feedback. We will never return to a place which sells "Wellness" and makes us feeling like we need to go get STD tested. Your team needs to figure out what hospitality is. Non was given, no manager reached out, no manager on site!!!! Ridiculous!!!
My husband and I spent his birthday at Garden of the Gods Resort, and it was a peaceful way to start the year. The views are spectacular at sunrise, and we loved being able to bring our dog, too. We appreciated the friendly staff, good food at Grand View, and having a couple's massage at the spa. We will be back!
Our anniversary stay at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club was absolutely wonderful. From before we arrived to the moment we departed, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
The team went above and beyond to personalize our experience, including thoughtful in-room touches that made our celebration feel special. Every staff member we encountered—from valet to restaurant service to wellness and fitness—was warm, attentive, and truly committed to creating an outstanding guest experience.
What stood out most was the heart behind the service. Nothing felt rushed or transactional; instead, every interaction felt sincere and intentional. Combined with the breathtaking beauty of the resort, it made our stay unforgettable.
Because of the exceptional staff and the incredible setting, we will absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a meaningful, elevated resort experience.
The staff and facilities were very good and I’d definitely return. I’ve stayed here several times over the last several years.
Management doesnt care, we found man sexual stains on our sheets. No room change offered, no Management came to apologize.
It was a beautiful place to stay, and overall very quiet and peaceful. We had some issues with our room and our room service delivery which was a little disappointing.
Sophia rhe desk clerk was helpful. Dan was a our server for dinner was great.
This place is amazing. The views. The atmosphere. The cleanliness was spectacular. Very clean. Very neat. Did not need anything. Very comfortable. Very private. Everyone we came into contact with that works here was very polite, respectful & courteous. My family and I are already planning another trip thus Spring/Summer. Definitely worth the price.
Gorgeous Resort! Beautiful with a warm ambiance. Relaxing atmosphere. Tastefully decorated. Wonderful staff! Delicious food! Unbeatable views! Extremely clean. Comfortable and updated suites with large spa-like guestroom bathroom!

Everything was perfect
Absolutely amazing. Views from the suite were incredible and we will surely be back again in a few months. Watching the deer come to the fresh water pool to drink at dusk was truly wonderful.
