Lovely hotel with huge rooms
Pros:

Really lovely hotel. Huge bright rooms and big bathrooms. Everything very clean and good quality. Lots of character. Very helpful staff. Excellent value for Santiago. Location handy for the airport with metro and bus but also can walk to plaza de armas. Easy walking distance to nice places to eat.

Cons:

The street was fine but you need to have your wits about you in the wider area at night. We were quite happy being there but it’s worth bearing in mind.

Quiet, spacious, charming, attentive. A wonderful introduction to Chile.
Pros:

Charming, old-school European flair, huge rooms, and great staff. Very attentive and even remembered specific breakfast requests. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Cons:

The only thing to note is that if you have mobility issues you will need to look elsewhere as there isn't a lift.

Volveremos sin dudarlo
Pros:

Un lugar que invita realmente a descansar y desconectarse. Desde que llegamos sentimos una paz difícil de describir: el silencio, la ausencia de televisión y el entorno hacen que uno se relaje por completo.
Todo está impecable, muy limpio y cuidado en cada detalle. La atención de Sebastián, Patricia, Fernanda y Maira (creo que Sofía también) son maravillosas personas, cálidas, amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.
Nos encantó la posibilidad de usar la cocina, compartir la mesa y sentir ese espíritu familiar y cercano.
La casa, con más de 100 años, tiene una arquitectura hermosa y llena de historia.
Además, para nuestra sorpresa, a solo una cuadra hay una parada de ómnibus que lleva directamente al aeropuerto, algo sumamente valioso y práctico.
Te dan agua embotellada sin costo es algo a destacar.

Cons:

Un lugar totalmente recomendable para quienes buscan descanso, calidez y una verdadera pausa entre los paseos.
Nos fuimos con el corazón lleno, con ganas de volver.

Pros:

El desayuno ofrecido fue delicioso. Las muchachas se preocuparon por ofrecer opciones variadas. Me ayudaron con mi dieta especial libre de gluten. Toda la preparación y la presentación fue excelente. Muchas gracias!!!!!

Cons:

Podrían incluir contar con televisión en las habitaciones. La vida nocturna en Santiago, y específicamente en el barrio donde se ubica el hotel, es relativamente riesgosa, lo que obliga al huesped a mantenerse en la habitación prácticamente a partir de las 8:00 p.m. De igual forma, puede ser importante evitar que un huesped de un piso inferior se vea afectado por otro que se ubique en un piso superior, siendo que el piso es de madera.

Well located and good value hotel
Pros:

Attentive staff and easy check-in and check-out. Clean and spacious room with good AC and pretty interiors. Many places of interest are within walking distance and the immediate area is safe. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again.

Es un lugar perfecto para pasar unas hermosas vacaciones.
Pros:

La Limpieza excelente, la atención excelente, amables, atentos. Desayunos muy ricos.

Cons:

Es cerca del centro, pero es mejor manejarse con Uber. No recomiendo caminar de noche por la zona. Pero no tuve ningún problema al manejarme sola.

Property was really good and hosts were really helpful and friendly. Different from your classic hotels, it is a charming old building but very well maintained.
Room was bigger than normal and bathrooms had all the amenities.
They prepared pretty good breakfast for us every day as well.
Very close to the main street and metro station. If I am not wrong there are some nightclubs nearby as well. However this section of main street and even alleys were very deserted during most of our stay which was on a weekend. But 15-20 minutes walk towards east and you get to more lively area.
