Not happy. Think again about this Hilton
Pros:

Not much at all. The bath towels were nice and fluffy plus big. The pancakes at breakfast were nice.

Cons:

Check in process. Dinner was cold - ordered a steak and the steak was cold. The bedroom appeared to be layed out with no thought.it was like the furniture had just been dumped there. The room didn’t feel comfortable. There is heavy construction work being done outside the hotel. We were not informed even on arrival there was no mention or apology if it caused any concern. The heavy drilling outside was a nightmare. Rooms not soundproof. Breakfast didn’t have a lot to offer. Eggs supposed to be cooked for 6 minutes. The whites were still clear and not cooked. The bathroom had mold around the silicone / grout.

Lokalizacja i miła obsługa.

Cons:

Pokój nie był wysprzątany po poprzednich gościach. W łazience przy prysznicu można było znaleźć oznaki grzyba. Papier toaletowy przypominał raczej papier ścierny niż taki, który chcieli byśmy używać do miejsc intymnych. Meble wyglądały jakby nie były wymieniane od roku 80’ skrzypiące i zniszczone.

Śniadanie jak na hotel 5* ubogie.

Pokój z widokiem na morze jest pokojem z widokiem na kanał nad którym są prowadzone prace. Dzięki temu można zaoszczędzić na budziku (pracę zaczynają się o 6-7 z rana).

Klimatyzacja działa głośno i nie daje żadnych wymiernych efektów. Mimo zbicia temperatury o 2 stopnie non stop utrzymywała ta samą temperaturę.

Un hôtel de luxe mais qui reste à taille humaine
Pros:

C'est la première fois que je séjournais dans un hôtel de la chaîne Hilton.. tout était parfait. La situation géographique est idéale, l'établissement est grand mais toujours à taille humaine, le personnel est adorable. Tout est fait pour qu'on passe un séjour agréable. Point bonus pour l'offre de restauration : les options vegan au petit déjeuner sont multiples et le chef m'a concocté un plat délicieux non présent sur la carte. On a même pu échanger en Français avec un employé du restaurant (Waldo) 👍🏻

Que en ningún horario tengan personal que hablen o entiendan algo de español tratándose de un hotel de esa categoría.
El agua de la piscina fría.

Pleasant rooms, very comfortable beds and bed linen. Good lighting in the room. Dark curtains for white nights. TV, wifi. Location is good, 5 min to metro station, tram stop nearby. Quite close to centre.

Cons:

Not possible to switch off AC.
