Pros:

Huone oli todella siisti ja uusittu. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla ja siinä oli vanhan hotellin nostalgiaa. Rakennus oli hieno lasiseinineen, aurinkoparvekkeineen ja hisseineen.

Cons:

Sauna- ja allasosasto oli vanhanaikainen ja kulahtanut.

Gehobenes Hotel mit Sauna/Schwimmbad und reichhaltigem Frühstück. Top Lage.

Cons:

Schlafsofa im Familienzimmer war recht unbequem und selbst für Kinder die Matratze zu dünn.

Kerran koettu, ei jatkoon hotellina.
Pros:

Sijainti keskeisellä paikalla.

Cons:

Huone oli kulahtanut, lattiat kuluneet, sänky matala ja pehmeä. Käytäviltä kaikuivat äänet huoneen sisälle. Kylpytakki ja läpsyt ekstraveloituksesta.

Příjemný hotel, služby odpovídají cenové kategorii
Pros:

Vše v hotelu fungovalo, služby byly na výborné úrovni.Meli jsme pokoj executive,dostali jsme pantofle, župan,je možné dostat zubní kartáček a pastu, dále potřeby pro holení.Sauna a bazén byly příjemné,sauna byla ráno i večer, bazén celý den.Lounge umožňuje základní nealkoholické nápoje, čaj, kávu,ovoce, sušenky, oříšky a večer pak lehké canapky, salát, sýr a vegetariánské jídlo+alkohol.ryby se moc nevyskytují, pokud jste na víc dní projeví se malá pestrost nabídky a převážně se vše opakuje.

Cons:

Byly jsme spokojeni,ale možná by stálo za zvážení dát do lounge pozdní snídani (jen vhodně naservírovat pár věcí co by zbyly ze snídaně, třeba do canapek, skleniček apod.a dát do lednice) nebo dát nějaké pečivo ke kávě). Celkově hodnotíme hotel 10 body, vyplatí se sem jet.

Good location & nice staff - However should not be a 5 star hotel - not worth it
Pros:

- The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing with just a walk to several tourist attractions. It's also very close to the railway for transportation and a lot of restaurants.
- The breakfast was pretty OK, just a bit boring with the same dishes every day.
- The staff was nice and responded quickly when we requested some things.
- Very nice with the executive lounge if you are either a diamond member or book one of the executive rooms.

Cons:

- These are probably the most uncomfortable beds I've tried. Comparable to cheap beds found in hostels. very hard and uncomfortable.
- The ventilation was very noisy, and the room was very cold. It did not matter if we adjusted it. We had to request additional duvets (which, to the staff's credit, they gave us within minutes).
- The swimming pool looked a lot bigger in pictures and was a bit disappointing.
- The hotel is rated 5 stars, which was probably true back in the day, but the hotel is visibly worn down, with cracks and damage here and there, and the facilities and food do not keep up.
