Posizione centralissima alla movida, spiaggia, porto.
Noi abbiamo preso il loft e devo dire una camera super carina con soppalco. Reception 24/24h con staff gentile

Cons:

Niente. La struttura fornisce i tappi per le orecchie perché nonostante l’hotel sia in una traversa del viale centrale, qualche locale mette comunque musica fino a tardi. Non é un difetto, Playa del Carmen é così :)

muchos formulismo para hacer el check inn

Que el control del aire acondicionado funcionara ..... estaba muy frio en la noche y no se podia subir ni bajar, la puerta del baño no se podia cerrar.
El otro punto que no me gusto fue que me pidieran copia de mi ID así como el de mi acompañante y al final al hacer el check out me dieran las copias de mis ID.
Que mi acompañante tuviera que firmar tambien.
