The amazing staff helped to make my trip memorable

The staff was amazing! All of them.. I could t believe how friendly they were..

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better and it could have been more updated.. nicer pool.. but because of the staff I wouldn’t have changed it..

Easy check in and the staff was very helpful and very nice.

The friendliness and knowledge of the staff was wonderful. The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the sauna was very nice.

The customer service was great at check in and check out.

Cons:

I didn't like that our room didnt have a trash can. When Ai mentioned it to the rain attendant, she brought us one but it was so tiny that we still had to use a grocery store bag.

Cons:

There were things broken in my room and I told the front desk they said someone would fix it but no one did. Also about breakfast It says free breakfast if you like waffles cereal or a muffin then yeah that's breakfast I think it's misleading it should say continental breakfast because that's what it is.

The air-conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. We rented 207 and 208 207. It was hot.

The maids were nice and helpful.

They had no breakfast, just juke food, they didn't tell me when I made the booking that the pool was closed and I booked May 30th. Had to ask for more towels and wash clothes and soap. They knew 3 ppl were going to be in the room and only gave us enough for two ppl. The man that worked the desk was very sarcastic and most of the time at night he wasn't even at the desk. I ask for a room that would be more quiet, and he gave us a room next to the street. Most nights the noise from the street kept us up.
