Fabulous but difficult to find

Not recommended at all!
Cons:

The most disappointing part of our stay was the elevator incident. On our first day, my wife and I got trapped inside the elevator. After pressing the emergency alarm several times, the elevator restarted after a few minutes and moved down to the basement, where there was a very strong sewage smell and a lot of garbage. The staircase door was locked, so we were unable to leave. It was a very stressful and frightening experience.
When we reported this to the reception, instead of showing concern, the response was not helpful. We were told that it was only two floors and that we could have used the stairs, although we were trapped inside the elevator and had no access to the stairs. We were also incorrectly told that we had exceeded the elevator capacity, while we were well below the stated limit.
The mattress was very worn out and uncomfortable. The blankets had visible dirty marks, and even after replacement they still had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was poor, with stale bread, old fruit, and items not properly replenished.

Bien calidad/precio personal muy amable
Pros:

El personal, muy amable tanto el recepcionista como las personas que trabajaban en el hotel.
La ubicación está cerca del centro en 10 min.
La habitación bastante bien.

Cons:

Faltó una tostadora y algo más para el desayuno pero por el precio del mismo, bastante aceptable.
Yendo para el centro hay un poco de nivel social bajo, y mucha gente por los suelos, pero hablamos de fuera del establecimiento no de dentro.

Boravkom u ovom hotelu bili smo vrlo zadovoljni. Tijekom boravka nismo imali nikakvih problema. Sobe su bile ugodno rashlađene, što nam je bilo izuzetno važno zbog visokih vanjskih temperatura. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i susretljivo, a lokacija hotela odlična. Budući da smo bili na proputovanju, savršeno nam je odgovarala jer smo mogli jednostavno posjetiti Firencu. Iako je hotel nešto stariji, uredan je, čist i dobro održavan. Rado bismo ponovno odsjeli ovdje.
