Our room bathroom suddenly started flowing water from one of the lights on the ceiling. They came rapidly but they did not find the reason (no technician was send) and it stopped by itself, eventually. The person on the front desk that came to check the problem was very nice and brought towels to dry the area. They had no other room available since they were full.

Estupendo hotel con instalaciones muy nuevas y un personal de 10!
Pros:

Precioso hotel, super céntrico todo muy nuevo y una limpieza exquisita!
Lo mejor de todo su personal, súper atentos y amables. Especialmente Rosa, con su amabilidad nos ayudó a reservar el bus de vuelta al aeropuerto y nos recomendó los mejores sitios para comer, un encanto de persona! De verdad que estuvimos súper cómodos y eso fue gracias a las instalaciones tan nuevas y limpias y especialmente como ya he dicho, a Rosa, a la que nada le supuso una molestia a la hora de echarnos una mano. Mil gracias de corazón!

Todo muy bien, ubicación,habitación y zonas comunes. Clolchón cómodo y zona tranquila.

Cons:

La entrada al hotel en coche fue imposible con Google maps pero aparcamos en un parking cercano y genial
