Da localização.

Cons:

As fotos não condizem com a realidade do hotel, me senti enganada, mas como não tinha como cancelar e era apenas uma noite acabei ficando. O chuveiro estava bem ruim, quando entramos tinha um cheiro muito forte de água sanitária, tinha apenas uma toalha de banho, a aparência do hotel não tinha nada parecido com as fotos, sinto muito mas é a realidade da minha experiência no hotel.

A localização, como praticamente tudo do hotel, foi maravilhosa.

Cons:

O que pecou foi o café, ficou aberto até às 9h da manhã, mas quando fui comer às 8h o café já estava gelado, poderiam deixar em uma garrafa térmica ou conferirem se ainda estava quente antes de alguém tentar beber.

O café dá manhã estava perfeito 🥰

Cons:

O quarto disponibilizado não foi o agendado e pago, estou grávida agendei no térreo me colocaram no 1 andar, tendo que subir 2 lance de escadas e tinha apenas cama de solteiro sendo que reservei cama de casal! Quando fui questionar o funcionário me falou que era devido a super lotação!
