Cleanliness
8
Generally reported as clean and well kept, but isolated issues noted (hairs in shower, worn/dirty carpeting on floors) and some guests mention minor noise-related cleanliness impressions.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (printing ferry tickets, accommodating dog stays, reception solved fridge/medication requests); overall strong service sentiment.
Location
9.5
Very positively mentioned across reviews: central, walking distance to Gran Vía/main square, near parks/gardens and public transport — consistently a key strength.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms are basic and often described as small with some tiny/odd bathrooms; beds sometimes comfortable but several guests reported uncomfortable mattresses or lack of space.
Amenities
7.8
Amenities mixed: parking available but described as tight/expensive and tricky for larger cars; dog-friendly extras praised, but some rooms lack a fridge and other small conveniences.
Value for Money
8.6
Most guests noted good value for money and a solid price/quality relationship, though a minority felt the price was excessive given the small/basic rooms.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly praised as good/very acceptable — cited as a highlight by many guests.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall stays are positive driven by location, breakfast and service; negatives around room size, bathroom configuration and parking slightly lower the overall score.
