Thugs in the pool, construction & no breakfast?? 😡
Pros:

What breakfast?!?! they were having construction and there was no breakfast served! No Price knocked off. No compensation! nothing!! breakfast was part of the deal and we got screwed.

Cons:

I work really hard and was looking forward to pool and hot tub time like the last time when I was there. It was nice then. Not this time!! There was a total ghetto family there and they took over the whole pool and hot tub area. Questionable looking people and their insane Rugrat kids running around everywhere screaming at the top of their lungs, diving off the sides of the pool in the water when it clearly says not allowed. Splashing people. Running into people. We tried to make the best of it and sat in a small corner of the pool, but they still splashed us and ran into us. Finally, we heard one of the kids say that he had peed in the pool, and we got out and went back to our room PISSED. That was bad enough, but with all the construction going on that nobody told us about!! The construction noise was bad early. Checking out the next morning, I told the clerk about the family running us off with their bullshit. And the clerk didn’t do nothing about it. No compensation, no taking some of the price off, nothing but a lame BS apology. So I spent $150 only to watch some scrubs make use of the pool/hottub that I paid to use, woke up to construction sounds that were not mentioned in any ads before I booked the damn thing, and you didn’t even serve breakfast! As you can imagine, we are not happy with this stay at all, and we will not be returning to this location UNLESS this is FIXED!! I guarantee that family that took over the pool area and was acting like animals only paid for one or two rooms, but they brought their entire family and 900 kids to be in that damn pool and hot tub!! NOT FAIR to the common traveler like me that would’ve gladly came back over and over and over again as I come there often!!

This hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and accommodating, I was able to check in very early.
