0/10. would not recommend. The rooms have bugs on the floor and bed and the manager is very rude

This property is nasty! They had dead bugs on the floor upon entering. The hotel staff Kristy was kind enough to go into the room to clean it up while we left the room but upon my return there was another dead bug on the bed. I did not feel comfortable staying there so I left with my 3 kids & drove back home 2 1/2 hrs away. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I was promised a refund and called 2 days later because I left my airpods in the room and the manager told me I could not get a refund because the room was used. We were in the room for a MAX of an hour. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! No one called to let me know or even apologized for the huge inconvenience. Spoke to the manager Maranda and she was not understanding about the situation at all.

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable until water leak from third floor dripped me awake @ 3:30am. Room temp was easily controlled and very comfortable. Really liked the location.
