I won't stay there again when there are other hotels in the area that offer more for a better value.
Pros:

The breakfast was terrible, not enough choices and prices were too high for what you received. We liked the location and rooms were nice. It was also quiet.

Cons:

Staff not very helpful. Shuttle wasn't always available to hospitals. We stayed there for 1 week with family from out of town and found it very expensive for what you got.

It was a nice stay in a nice place in a good location in Boston.
Pros:

The breakfast staff was awful. And the food wasn't worth eating.
The evening staff and food was much better

Cons:

The signage in the halls can't be read from any distance because it's written against camouflage background.
The toilets are too low for big old people like me. And no grab bars to assist getting off the toilet.
The toilet paper is behind the toilet and almost impossible to get to.
Some directions on how to work the heat in the room would be nice. And some signage on the heat unit on the wall telling people not to bother trying to adjust the heat with those controls would be nice.
