I would return due to the great customer service I received when checking in.
Pros:

Great location. Train nearby, nice neighborhood. I was able to walk to my event in the Fenway Park area and it was a decent walk but enjoyable.
I was a little frazzled when I arrived, but James at the desk was so patient, helpful and kind. Made me feel like an old friend returning for a stay!

Cons:

Parking garage is a little sketchy, but I didn’t have any problems.

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, nice room and common areas. Appreciated having on site parking.

Cons:

$50 a day for parking is ridiculous. Also, having one tiny towel hook in the bathroom of a room with two queens is just preposterous. Nothing would dry and the towels kept falling off the hook. Come on guys, you figured out the device charging stations — surely you can figure out larger hooks and more of them?? It’s a problem in every Marriott.

Pros:

לשומרי שבת- ביקשנו מראש חדר עם מפתח ובקומה עם גישה למדרגות.מסתבר שיש להם מה שהם מכנים "חדרי שבת" בקומה שניה. קיבלנו מפתח מכני, המדרגות מובילות ללובי ומולן דלת מכנית שפתוחה כל הזמן למעט בלילה.
לשומרי כשרות - במלון יש שלוחה של סטרבאקס שמגישה ארוחות בוקר מתפריט, משלמים בקופון שמקבלים בהגעה. ערכו 20 דולר. הסברנו לגרייסי המקסימה שהאפשרויות אינו כשרות והיא הסכימה שניקח מוצרים מה"מרקט" בגובה הסכום. לקחנו חטיפים וקורנפלקס.
המלון ממוקם דקות ספורות מרחוב הרוורד לסופר כשר, וגם בטריידר ג'ו הסמוך יש אוכל כשר, כולל לחם מצוין. התפללנו ביאנג ישראל בשבת וביום חול. היה נהדר.

Cons:

המלצה למלון, ליצור שיתוף פעולה עם פיצריות כשרות סמוכות לקבלת קופון ארוחת הבוקר אצלן. כך ניתן יהיה לקבל ארוחת בוקר כשרה.

It was over priced and awful
Pros:

Nothing…overpriced, we were given a handicap room without being told when we checked in. Shower was awful and water went all over the floor because shower curtain did not reach the floor… there was no closet. $550 for a room without being told no closet.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the train- 20 minutes and you are in the center. The stuff was very polite and helpful, the rooms are very large, number of coffee shops and restaurants around.

Short of price to value.
Pros:

Location is a big plus. Hotel staff were friendly for most part. Reasonable facilities like Gum.

Cons:

House keeping was not consistent. We had to call couple of times for the room cleaning. Coffee and cup refills had to be requested. Bath Towels were worn out.
