Floors were sticky and pool was green and had things floating in it. Room smelled of mold.
The boyfriend and I just wanted an overnight getaway. Our room with Jacuzzi was perfect for us.
Everything was perfect.
The manager, Sigh, was wonderful and went out of his way to make our stay good.
The first room we were shown was toxic. There was a smell in there that caused me to cough and made it difficult to speak. Sigh put us in another room as soon as he knew of the dilemma. Breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs which were not hot. When I used the pool, I the ladder was slippery and I almost fell in instead of entering gradually.
Breakfast was pretty good and is free. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room that was provided was clean and very comfortable.
No comment. There was not a thing that I disliked.
Location was convenient. You have several restaurants within walking distance.
Publix and CVS was also within walking distance.
Appears worn down. Although clean, it needs an upgrade to its hallways and stair doors.
El personal fue demasiado amable, preocupados por todo lo que necesite en el momento. Rafi creo que era el nombre fue espectacular. La habitacion muy comoda, el lugar seguro, perfecto para ir caminando a Walmart, Wallgreens y CVs, muchos restaurantes cerca tambien.

The location is great because it is about halfway between the airport and the port. The rooms are comfortable if you are just staying to get to a cruise the next day. There is free breakfast, but there is much to desired from the options. Plenty of places to eat around and a Publix and Walmart 0.5 mile away for last minute supplies.
Check out could have been smoother. They came to my door at 11am to check me out when I chose late check out for noon. It did get cleared up though, just mildly annoying.
The location of the property was pretty good. It was close to most sites in Tampa and still close enough to St. Pete to enjoy it as well without wasting too much time traveling.
The property was a little run down. They could definitely use more staff. The place doesn’t need a lot to be great just a little paint and a mop. The little bit of staff they have is however very friendly and helpful.
