Terrible incident with both booking .com and la Quinta. Required loosing all my book and needing to stay in another hotel.

The smell, the room size was not what we booked

Bed.noisey.floors were dirty
The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was renovated so that is a good sign of improvement
All the furniture, curtains, tv are in pretty bad shape. The hallways had a weird smell and also the elevator. The pool didn’t seem to have any maintenance or whatsoever and the lack of general maintenance in the property is a big concern

Older dingy room needs updating. Odor to the room sheets had stains parking spots are very narrow The stairwells need painting and cleaning
I ended leaving because I was not comfortable
The bed the cleaning, the bathroom sink was clogged

The bathtub was very dangerous, no none skid and almost fell because of it. Not enough safety bars. Everything was clean but very old and worn.
