The only problem i had was nightwith the night time desk gentleman. I I had accidentally booked a handicap room and Im not handicap. He should have put me in a non handicap room in the first place.. Anyway I peed in the toilet and then the toilet clogged and he brought me a used nasty plunger to do it myself.. Not my problem to fix.. I ended up moving rooms.. Also hewhen I was checking in he kept repeating that I would get my deposit back if everythingthere was no damage to the room.. I saidtold him all i do is go to bed early to get up early to work. I beleve that he looked at me as someone that causes problems. I dont even drink or party or anything. ..tifrogentlemaac
Night clerk was not customer friendly at sll
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I ended up leaving a night early losing the money I paid to stay. The room I stayed in had one of those locks that can be opened from the inside to prevent the door from opening all the way. This lock was broken and ended up opening as I left my room which meant I needed the staff to help me back into my room. The staff, conveniently, had a tool already made to handle this situation! How scary is that? Instead of installing a new lock they just made a tool AND gave me a piece of tape to use to stick it permanently closed, WTH? Not only that, one day at 8 am I left my room to go downstairs to toast my bagel. Upon returning (7 mins later) I see my door is open and no one is in the hallway! Imagine how you would feel?? Soon one of the staff members appear with new cups in his hand! No cart is in front of the room and there was no one in the hallway. Who does this? In typical fashion when talked with the manager he blamed me telling me I used of used a 'do not disturbe' sign! Are you kidding me?? I was staying for 4 nights so there is NO reason why they should've been in my room minutes after I left to go downstairs.
Surrounding area is a bit sketchy too. Pay the extra $20 and stay someplace else.

The hotel rooms were spacious. Not the cleanest place but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was as expected & everyone loved the waffles. I would stay their again but I was passing through so probably not
Great staff and service
My daughter is 18+ student not allowed to check in alone by the hotel's own policy. So She had to search hotels nearby to find a place to stay at about 1:30am! The hotel staff said she could cancel the booking but could not refund first night charge because it was not charged the Comfort Suites.
When my daughter anxiously called hotels one by one, and very tired flying all the way from Europe to here, the staff wanted to kick her out the lobby at about 1:30 am!
Second day, my daughter found that she left phone charger and returned to ask for it. The hotel staff asked for $50 lost and found fee!
When I found the booking was still alive on Booking app, I asked my daughter to speak to the Comfort Suites what was going on. The answer was they had no rights to cancel it!
I have to ask Credit Card company to get my money back. Because booking has not shown there is a 21+ policy out there.
I had sent two messages at different days to Booking customer support, no reply at all. And I could not find a link to cancel it.
Any way forget about booking as well.
The room had a very “damp” feel to it.
When I checked into the hotel, the service desk put on gloves to assist me. I seemed confused, but oh well. Then he handed me my key cards in a very used, needed to be taped together card holder. Air conditioner only worked half the time and the floor by the air conditioner felt like you could fall through the floor if you stepped on it. I was on the 3rd floor. The ice machine on the first floor was duct taped together, but it didn’t work anyway. When I went to check out, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak much English and she didn’t understand what I was saying. I simply told her at 6:30 am that I needed to checkout and she told me that checkout wasn’t until 11. I had to explain to her that you could checkout at anytime, but everyone has to checkout by 11.

The receptionist is very bad, he does not understand me, he speaks by rote, he does not know anything about hotel management and gets paid for it, I have stayed in more than a hundred comfort hotels every month, this is the first time I have seen something like this, I made a reservation with the business card my company gave me, when I arrived at the hotel at 11 at night, they told me that this card was not valid and I was treated as if I had stolen this card, this situation upset me very much, I have stayed at this hotel before, the receptionist insists on not understanding me, when I wanted to talk to the supervisor, he did not help me at all, I do not think I will stay here again, it is a disgrace
Booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and while I checked in, I noticed a sign that says pool is closed and it has been for over 21 days . Asked for extra towels and they would only give me one . Top part of the mini fridge had mold and was dirty. Apple juice and orange juice machine didn’t work for
