Das bestellte Babybett wurde einfach ins Zimmer gestellt, ohne es aufzubauen. Bettinhalt hat komplett gefehlt. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders.
There are 3 Hiltons in Vancouver, BC. Hilton Vancouver Metrotown is located in the Burnaby Metrotown area. Compared with the other 2 Hiltons (one located in downtown, the other in the Vancouver Airport area), the location of Hilton Vancouver Metrotown is a bit less optimized, however, the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown makes up the shortcoming on the location by friendly staffs, a well-stocked executive lounge, and nice happy hour/breakfast options.
We stayed at a 2 double room. The room is reasonable sized, clean, well-organized, and facing the Metrotown square. The hotel has a fitness room with a number of treadmills and an outdoor pool (single lap) and hot tub. As the weather is pretty cold, there is nobody in the pool.
For guests with executive lounge access, there is a lounge opening from 6am to 8pm which provides soft drinks (bottled water, sodas, and juices). During our stay, the lounge was not open for happy hours, but we are giving vouchers that can be used at the Time & Place restaurant on the 3rd floor for an appetizer and a soft drink (e.g., orange juice). The Time & Place restaurant also serves breakfast with standard offerings, such as potato salad, ham, bacon and sausages, soft boiled eggs, fruits, yogurt, and salad. There are also plenty of cheap eats in the Metrotown shopping mall.
Self-parking is available at a cost of 21 CAD. The parking garage is keycard controlled underneath the hotel.
This is a good hotel for stay at Vancouver if you are not focused on Vancouver Downtown only.
