Crappy all the way around.
Pros:

Location only.

Cons:

Parking for my vehicle was 2 blocks away unsecured. Staff was ignorant about. Information was wrong. Manager wouldn’t even come talk about helping. Just closed the door.

Bathtub would not drain when showering. Dirty hair everywhere. Fridge was not clean.

Pillows suck and have no substance

Best is mushy and horrible. Overall what a crappy place to stay.

Pros:

parkeren in de kelder, prima ontbijt a la carte, dichtbij de metro.

Cons:

Vroeger was het Hilton het top van exclusiviteit en klasse. Dit hotel is op zijn best middelmatig. Overal bruin, beetje sleets. Waarom zou ik vandaag de dag nog kiezen voor Holton?

Friendly staff, but overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

I liked that it was near a major shopping center (although, shopping was not the purpose of my trip). I liked that it was in a safe neighborhood. I noticed many people walking about. Even after dark, there were lone females walking to residences and bus stops. Underground parking was easily accessible and relatively roomy.
Staff were exceptional... friendly and very attentive.

Cons:

The room was exceptionally small. There wasa refrigerator but no microwave in the room. At a total cost of approx. $500 per night, there was no included breakfast. Parking was also an additional cost.

Overall, a very good hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and a high level of service
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, the hotel provided a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The main downside was the lack of a minibar, and especially the fact that complimentary bottles of drinking water were not replenished.
