Nice, clean and quiet. Also, had wonderful staff!

Air conditioning noisy, didn’t work well.bed very uncomfortable springs poking out of thin mattress with no support. Sheets not changed from previous bed occupant. Parking lot has broken concrete unsafe to walk. No juice at breakfast every day.

This room was fine for a couple of nights. The toilet is very low, but other than that, it was acceptable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is kept up nice. The room isn’t the best quality, but it was clean.

I visited this hotel a couple years ago & it was pristine from the service, lodging to the breakfast.
After a weekend stay recently the hotel has definitely changed. The elevator was nasty with debris on the floor & fingers prints all over the doors. The elevator made stange noises & would jerk constantly until it came to a full stop on the 4th flr.
The ice machines did not have ice except for the 1st floor/ main floor. The breakfast apple juice machine poured out water, & the OJ was diluted with water & tadted disgusted. My 1st room had what looked to be a water damaged ceiling over the bed with a slight bit of paint chip while My 2nd room had a hole punched in the bathroom door. My overall experience was terrible & I defintely will not be back.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was amazing!!! Even if the hotel had been horrible it would have not mattered because her customer service was on par!!! Thank the room was clean and spacious.

Check in staff and maid server were spot on. The room was clean and comfortable. There needs to be better light in the bathroom and the hotel in general could use a facelift. It is definitely shows its age.

It was a very good stay. The breakfast was delicious. The waffle maker was not working.

Balcony room need a light upgrade the 4 floor hallway was 100 degrees balcony was dirty coffee was awful water down also the juice machine was broken

Retro hotel with great character - did not expect to have a balcony, that was a major plus!! Staff was awesome, so friendly! It's an older hotel, but well maintained & clean. Had a lovely & quiet stay

Property VERY clean - excellent and kind housekeeping. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast was passable.

Biggest 2 issues: terrible construction nearby - made it difficult to get to the hotel.

On the other hand, the lobby and the space near our room smelled of weed the entire week we stayed. Once in our room you couldn't smell it, so we got by. Had a great rate on the room so stayed with it. Probably won't return though.

Clean room, helpful front desk, and a Wendys right next door in case you get hungry
