The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The check in process was very smooth. However, when we first arrived to our room, I noticed that one of the beds was not made and had stains. The other bed was made up, but also appeared dirty with stains. There was a huge dark spot on the ceiling above the beds, and the room smelled like mold. After further investigation it was confirmed that it appeared to be black mold. I tried to call the front desk, and the phone was busy. I went straight to the front desk, and reported the beds. I asked if there was someone available to change the sheets, and was told that they did not have any housekeepers come in for work that day which made me think that the beds were in fact dirty. I asked if it was possible to have the sheets changed, and the woman at the front desk said that there was no one available, but she could give me sheets, and I can change my own sheets. I then asked if there was another room available because I did not want to touch the dirty sheets with someone else's stains/fluids after attending sports events in the heat, and traveling almost 2 hours in the car. I was told that there were not any rooms available, and there was nothing she could do. I explained that I had a 5 year old child staying with me, and that was extremely unsanitary. Again, I was told there was nothing that could be done. As I am speaking to the woman at the front desk, my brother-in-law approaches and informs us that the toilet is not flushing. The woman at the front desk responds with "The best I can do is give you a plunger." My brother-in law reported that the toilet was not clogged, and that was not the issue. The toilet would not flush even when the handle was used. We were told that she would go up, and take a look. After about 10 minutes she informs us that the toilet has been fixed. After about an hour of trying to find a new hotel, we go back upstairs, and the toilet still doesn't flush. Absolutely disgusting!

The rooms smelt musty. The building interior needs a good cleaning and update. The carpet felt damp.

Run down and needed updating

The smell throughout the hotel was musty. The floors when mopped were streaked like they were mopped with dirty water. Maybe should have used bleach. All the carpet needs to be removed throughout. Our rooms carpet was damp, wore shoes the whole time to walk around. The hallway down Floor 2 was hard to get past the smell until we got to our room all the way at the end. The hotel has a musty smell. The air is damp the whole time. Everything in our room felt damp and wet. Very humid. We stayed in room 224. The washing machine was out of service. Had old soap caked up in the bottom of washer, was not useable. There was no dryer, if we were able to wash. Some of the light switch and sockets looked iffy to plug in items. Actually went and bought air freshner spray for our room. We tried spraying down the hallway too but it didn't help.

Looks great from the outside but needs major upgrades in the inside. The room had lots of unfinished work and it has an old humid smell.

There was a little mold around the tub and the room smelt musky. I asked for some air freshener and was happily supplied. Other than that it was a great visit.

They gave me a room that was adjoining so it had a door in between some other family and their baby cried all night long. The swimming pool looks nasty as well.
