The staff is friendly and helpful
They gave me a room that was adjoining so it had a door in between some other family and their baby cried all night long. The swimming pool looks nasty as well.

I planned on staying here for one night while on a business trip in April 2026. As soon as I entered the lobby, I detected an odor that was very musty. I checked into my room and the odor remained and immediately noticed the window. It had what appreared to be mold growing on a very poor caulking job at the base of the glass. I pulled the bed sheets back and the sheets were wrinkled as if they were not changed. I immediately told the clerk at
The front desk and she came to inspect the room. I told her I could not stay there and asked for a refund. The clerk said the owner had to approve the refund and sent him a text message advising him of my request. I left the
room and waited for a call from the owner. I never received a call. I called the next day and the day after
Never received a call. I will NEVER stay at this hotel. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn which is very clean.
Location was good and close to highway.
The hotel’s interior is very ‘dated’, the carpet in our room was yuk, it smelled like a wet sheep and I wasn’t game to walk around on it barefooted. Reception staff were only polite enough but bit complacent (not really engaging). Little lift was barely big enough, difficult to fit in a few people plus their luggage.
Upon checking in, I discovered stray hairs left on the toilet, which is frankly unacceptable and made me feel very uneasy about the overall hygiene of the bathroom. When staying at a hotel, the one thing a guest should be able to count on is a sanitized and thoroughly cleaned space.
The breakfast was very very good.. its just nice to not have to leave and go pay for breakfast as well..
The only thing I could say I didn't like was the size and speed of the elevator.. we took the stairs everytime.. it was too small and too slow.. also the bathroom was a little small but it was clean and perfect showers with hot water
Location. It's easy to get to Blue Bell Creamery and plenty of food and shopping nearby.
The place needs some freshening up. It looks worn out. My A/C unit in the room did not regulate temperature. The room just got colder and colder. Thermostat was set at 70º and we woke up to it being 56º in the room 🥶.
There is a smell, no, an air that doesn't truly smell bad, but somehow you can feel it in your nose. It's a hard one to explain.
The bed was very comfortable. The parking was convenient.
The price was very high for a hotel that needs some serious updating. All of the furniture and carpet is very old and run down.

My room smelled ‘musty’ …like it had not been cleaned or used for a long time. The bathroom door was difficulty to close and the toilet took a long time to flush
There was no hot water in the whole hotel all Saturday & Sunday did not let us know at check-in !! Hotel is very rundown
