Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean and the AC works great. Very centrally located right next to the metro and the central terminus so I never had to use taxis at all during my stay. The bedding and towels were spotlessly clean and of high quality, and the toiletries such as lotion and shower gel provided were exceptionally good standard. The best thing about the hotel though was their staff, all very kind. Tommaso was especially very helpful and eager to advise on things I needed help with for my travel.
Breakfast was always perfect and on time.

Cons:

The room felt really small for a single and the bathroom was too small for comfort. It's well decorated and cosy but it's still extremely small

Впечатление осталось хорошее
Pros:

Персонал отзывчивый, номер соответствует, от метро 1 минута, что очень удобно.

Cons:

Все соответствует заявленным звездам, только стаканы после использования хотелось бы чтоб помыли, а не просто грязные на место поставили.
