The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Schiphol Airport every half hour from 06:00 to 23:30. The shuttle service from Schiphol Airport to the hotel runs every half hour from 06:15 to 23:45.
On New Year's Evening, there will be no public transport to and from the hotel after 20:00. The last hotel's shuttle will depart from the airport to the hotel at 20:45 and the last shuttle from the hotel to the airport leaves at 20:30.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We stayed at this hotel given its location close to the airport. It’s currently under major construction which we were only informed about the day before our stay via an email in Dutch. We stayed in a room with 4 beds that actually was two bedrooms joined by a small hallway which was great for our needs. However, the toilet/bathroom absolutely stank of waste water so we had to keep the door shut at all times, the pipes clinked all night. One of the beds had a hole in the mattress down one side and the other beds felt like you were going to fall out of them every time you moved. The lighting in the rooms is pretty awful - no over head light and bulbs in the lamps didn’t work. As a family with young children we were put right next to the lift which made for a sleepless night as travellers coming and going kept waking our children up. Typically in the morning there was no one on reception to complain too - perhaps this is a little too convenient given the state of the rooms. Awful hotel and we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here either. I have been asked my opinion of the hotel via email and when I click bad - it takes me to their website - also very convenient if you ask me.

It looks like a dump and we were given a room overlooking the water and trash filled demolition site.
The room was not clean.

Se indica que hay aparcamiento y que no es necesario reservar, y llegas y te dicen que no es posible aparcar y te indican varias opciones de pago ajenas al establecimiento.

I booked this hotel after long journey with my child.
I reach this hotel at 12am in the middle of the night without any receptionist and my child sleeping in couch. We waiting in there till 6am in the morning someone in the duty. And a bit rude he says later he is start in duty at 7am.
And after 7am he talk to me that the booking is cancelled. How it possible I don’t even receive from booking.com for cancellation and came from this hotel confirmation.
I was really disappointed that I booked it to get rest at night with my child sleeping in a couch in the hotel lobby.
