The last hotel's shuttle will depart from the airport to the hotel at 20:45 and the last shuttle from the hotel to the airport leaves at 20:30.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Disappointing Stay – Unpleasant Atmosphere and Misleading Amenities

​I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state. The property is located directly next to an active construction site, which severely impacts the guest experience. Until the hotel can provide a pleasant, comfortable environment, it honestly should not remain open to the public.
The hotel advertises free parking, but upon arrival, we discovered that the lot only has about 38 spaces—which are shared with the neighboring Bastion Hotel. This is nowhere near enough parking for the volume of guests, making the "free parking" claim very misleading
There is no proper ramp for luggage, making it a frustrating hassle to haul heavy suitcases up to the registration desk.
The overall vibe of the hotel feels more like temporary worker housing than a leisure destination. During our stay, we saw almost no couples or holiday travelers; the vast majority of check-ins were truck drivers and construction workers.
Although bed sheets were changed there were stains on them which didn't go after wash!

Pros:

Breakfast was great as I am gluten and wheat free. The excellent chef cooked me fresh omelette and arranged for bread buns. Nabil made a great start to my morning.
Beds comfortable.
Room was clean
Staff friendly and helpful.
Bus to airport and pick up was good
Pool table was free.... and I won

Cons:

Better temp fence at front of building during building phase as first impressions were not good. Different in daylight.
Limited snacks at night when late in.

The free airport shuttle

Cons:

Absolutely horrible sound attenuation - I was in a room on the ground floor, all I heard throughout the night was people shouting in the corridor and slamming the main door leading up to higher floors. These rooms are impossible to sleep in and should not be used. The fact that major construction work started at 6h30 am right under my window (unannounced, not noted anywhere) did not help.
