Very good hotel with excellent staff. Special thanks to Phi for the outstanding service. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

De locatie is perfect voor een langer bezoek in Da Nang. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zeker Hana die met haar perfect Engels, zij gaf ons leuke tips en was altijd geïnteresseerd in onze dag invulling. De spa in het hotel is perfect evenals het ontbijt en de rooftop bar. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug

Everything about the property was fantastic specially the service by the staff. I would like to call out service of Ngung in the reception, she was amazing giving me great guidance and helped me book all my tours.

Not worth it and not a hotel
Pros:

Nothing at level of a hotel

Cons:

- second day hot water did not work took 2 hours to fix it
- voucher for spa 3 times going forward backward and no luck (DONOTGIVE IT)
- room service cleaning you have to call and ask
