Saubere, grosse Zimmer. Der Fitnessbereich war auch gut
30 Minuten bis ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Wir gingen gegen 08:15 und es war fast alles leer und wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Die Plätze sind auch sehr limitiert

I asked the staff member which room had two queens because we needed a 2 queen room for my son, only to find out it was a queen a super dirty pull put mattress. I was given sheets to make the pull out bed. After being on the road for 15 hours, it is the last thing you want to do. The pull out mattress had so many dirty stains and thin, and so i comfortable. I expected a little more out of Holiday Inn. I would not recommend this location at all.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
Pros:

Nothing. I left the hotel inmediatly. A lot of noise in the room and lack of help from reception/managment

Cons:

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
- They give me a room with a lot of noise from a machine stuck to the window
- As they are the last ones they tell me that I have to put up with them
- As only 15 minutes have passed since checkin, I ask to cancel it and they tell me that it is not possible, that I have to stay in them or I lose the money
- I ask to speak to the Manager, which is impossible
- I leave the hotel and have to book a more expensive one
- I was traveling with two small children and it was at night!
- I never got to talk to the manager

'IHG Hotels & Resorts': Worst Customer Service
- Very difficult to get to talk to them.
- They tell me that they stick to the cancellation policy and that it doesn't matter if the room was inadequate

All the answers, or lack of answers, I have documented and saved.

I will continue to fight because this is not fair!

Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. The room coffee was actually good. The staff were courteous. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of hot water for a shower. It was very close to the lectureship we were attending. Easy access from the road.

Cons:

One of the USB ports and electrical wall socket near the bed were faulty. Plenty of other places to charge, though.

Do not enter means just that
Pros:

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not much of a selection on breakfast. Mostly giving this rating due to the fact that maid service entered my room with sign on the door. None of my personal belongings appeared to have been touched but I still felt violated.

It was clean, spacious, comfortable. We had plenty of places to sit, plus desk, microwave and mini-fridge. We bring our own breakfast, but the breakfast room looked like it had hot options. Staff were friendly. We would stay here again if in the area.

Cons:

Parking was pretty full on the Saturday night stay. Not so bad on Sunday.
