Totalt värdelös.
Pros:

Ingenting. Helt värdelöst! Att de har fått höga betyg är en gåta för mig. Balkongen hade utsikt över en skövlad skog och trasiga tak. Balkongen i sig va smutsig och i norrläge.

Cons:

Allting. Åk inte hit! Fel sida av Bacharach som är en idyllisk liten by där du ska bo. Att bo på hotellet som Gud glömde är inget jag rekommenderar.

Amazing Hotel, Amazing Staff - True Hospitality
Pros:

We recently hiked the Romantic Castles of the Rhine along the Rheinsteig, a very challenging path. We arrived in Lorch on an extremely hot day, 38c, so we were overwhelmed when the Receptionist presented us with cold water and face towels that must have been straight out of the freezer, to refresh ourselves. Even better, the room was large, clean, comfortable and AIR-CONDITIONED. Our luggage was being transferred from our previous night's hotel and had not arrived. No problems, reception told us to relax and enjoy a cold drink in their beer garden, they would let us know when the luggage arrived. We were super-impressed to go back to our room later only to find reception had delivered our bags to the room. Our first impression was definitely the best impression. The hotel is ultra-modern, very spacious with great facilities and in a superior location in Lorch. This hotel is definitely the best we had along the Rhine.

Wir befinden alles als gut/sehr gut
Bei Temperaturen von über 35 Grad war es eine Wohltat im Hotel anzukommen.
Das Frühstück sowie das gesamte Personal waren sehr gut/ freundlich

Alles ganz besonders!Angefangen bei dem wunderbaren Konzept und der Verbindung zur Hostorie des Hauses, über ein phänomenales Frühstück zu den tollen Zimmern.....Note 1 mit Sternchen 😉

Priroda i okolina.

Cons:

Kada je jako klizava i lako je moguće pasti. Tijekom doručka osoblje dolazi 5 puta pitati može li uzeti prazne tanjure, što te ometa u doručku. Vidjevši pripremljen sendvič za van, osoblje dolazi do tebe i daje ti praznu vrećicu za sendvič i jabuku, koju naplaćaju 5 eura, nazivajući to lunch paketom. Prilikom odjave gospođa nije pitala jeli sve bilo u redu. Za čiste ručnike i pražnjenje smeća smo morali posebno zamoliti.
