While the facilities were good, the staff was EXCELLENT. They were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a problem setting up our electricity service for my son’s college apartment and the concierge spent over 30 minutes translating for us because the phone system would not allow us to speak to an actual person. They also upgraded our room when we checked in without any reason. We never asked for an upgrade at all! I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.
We booked two standard rooms but were upgraded for one of the rooms which was perfect—large, roomy and extremely comfortable. The other standard room had a small bathroom. That was the only issue. Just not 100% perfect if you want to get down to the nitty gritty details.
Perfect location to explore the less crowded side of Paris whilst still being close to everything, including the amazing rue Mouffetard, walking distance from notre dame and plenty of public transport options to get you anywhere in Paris under 30min . Bed was large and comfy. View of the Eiffel tower. Staff very helpful and friendly. Overall well decorated and clean
Our room (604) had a persistent musty smell , we had to open the windows a lot to make it bearable. The wall under the TV has serious marks of water damage so maybe related ? By Paris standard the size of the room is as you can expect rather tight , a bathroom the size of plane toilets and hardly any space to walk around the bed all well thought out but only ok if you're out and about for most of your stay. The AC blasting freezing air tight above the bed can't be turned off from the room, it was hardly 18° and raining and it kept coming back on despite asking reception repeatedly to switch it off.the windows are not soundproofed at all, even from the top floor you could hear quite a bit of noise.

It is very clean and the employees are very kind. We travelled with a toddler and staying there was a good decision.
