They wouldn't let me check in until 2 PM. A hotel with so many rooms should be prepared and not make you wait after a 20-hour flight. The check-in system is outdated; it took the woman 20 minutes to check me in.

Verouderd en absoluut toe aan renovatie
Pros:

De twee zwembaden voor de kinderen.

Cons:

We hadden een family suite geboekt met 2 slaapkamers. Maar dit mag de naam suite niet hanteren. Het is super klein en er kan nergens een raam open. Alle balkondeuren zijn hermetisch afgesloten en frisse lucht is onmogelijk in de kamer.

18 jaar geleden hadden we dit hotel ook geboekt, toen was het top. Denk dat er in 18 jaar niet echt aan renovatie is gedaan. Zwembad trap bij het eerste zwembad was ook kapot. M’n zoon haalde meteen z’n voet open, binnen vijf minuten na aankomst.

Kamers zijn vochtig. Ontbijt mwah. Ik zal hem zelf dit keer niet meer boeken. Sorry.

Très bel hôtel !
Pros:

Un super rapport qualité/prix ! Personnel très gentil. Deux belles piscines, avec une vue magnifique. Bonne localisation. Nous avions une chambre de 96m2, très grande chambre, avec tout ce qu'il fallait : bouteille d'eau, café, thé à disposition. Très belles chambres avec deux salles de bain !

Heerlijk zwembad en super locatie!
Pros:

We werden geupgrade, maar na een week weer terug in een andere kamer voelde dit als een downgrade. Deze kamer was gerenoveerd en veel mooier. De zwembaden voortreffelijk en het personeel van de bar aan het zwembad erg vriendelijk

Cons:

De oude kamer met 2 slaapkamers, badkamer met oud douchegordijn. Alles was oud en stoffig
