Pros:

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her freind for the start of their trip around thailand , when they got there they were upgraded to the tower suite , it was beaitiful and spotless , staff are also amazing my daughter loved it so much they booked to stay a extra night , hotel is spotless breakfast was amazing and staff went abouve and beyond . I will 100% rebooking this for the end of their trip also
