Cons:

The scented perfume products were so intoxicating and impossible to enjoy ..matter of fact I had to leave your hotel again..is that not a scandal !!!

Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to help in any way they could.
Pros:

Hotel was in a great location and very walkable to main attractions and transportation options. The staff went above and beyond to assist me including offering to walk me to the street car stop so that I didn’t get lost, they even did some research for me on where to find a bar or lounge with a specific vibe and music selection, and when I asked for slippers a pair was quickly delivered to my room. I can’t say enough about how much their service made my stay. Thank you!!!

Cons:

There wasn’t much natural light in my room, but it worked out fine as I needed the room mostly for resting.

Tolles, modernes und top unterhaltenes Hotel, äusserst freundliches Personal, unaufgeregt und hilfsbereit. Sehr zentrale Lage, das Restaurant im Hotel ein Traum, sehr zu empfehlen.

It used to be great
Pros:

We’ve stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions over the last ten years. The hotel charges top dollar but doesn’t deliver on the details

The carpet in our suite was frayed at the edges. The lighting needs updating

Our room also faces another building so looking across an alley way into an office building

It took forever to get hot water in the shower

And last. We woke up at 5 am from garbage pick up

On the positive side. The bed sheets were crisp and inviting. Breakfast was excellent
