Rita is so helpful. She communicated quickly and professionally with our request. She is a credit to the hotel.
Wasn’t too busy, food was very good and rooftop pool staff were excellent
Booked a twin room, gave us a double then turned very messy when I told them there was a problem. Given another room at a discounted rate of €200 a night (on top of what we paid already for the original twin room) and told to take it up with booking.com.
The room stunk of some sort of dead animal coming from room 41 which I told them about. No solution or discount offered.
Tried to speak to reception staff upon checkout about it but told to take it up with booking.com again.
Overall, very disappointing and would avoid this hotel

Lo bueno es su situacion privilegiada en lo alto del monte ... las vistas y tranquilidad son maravillosas, pero al mismo tiempo esto hace q estes lejos del centro ... y siempre en subida! 😀
