Fiquei bo quarto 23, espaçoso e cuidado bonita vista. Restaurante muito acima da média. Piscina muito simpática.

Stunning hotel with a pool in the centre of Naples.
Pros:

This was an absolutely fabulous hotel, the pool was just glorious, the staff were amazing and the location was absolutely ideal.

Lots of character and great view from restaurant
Pros:

hotel with lots of character in old monastery - lots of interesting nooks around each corner do take time to explore… spectacular views from the restaurant (dnr and breakfast) across mountain and bay. Easy access to ferry port. Reception staff kindly booked taxi.

Cons:

Windows in room v small (great view), and air con struggled a little in old hotel. Breakfast set up slow and food basic. Restaurant staff lacked energy. Garden hedge on terrace needs a trim so can see view from tables :)

BEWARE: Full of Black Mold
Pros:

Nice View from the restaurant on the top.

Cons:

FULL OF BLACK MOLD!!! If you are pregnant, have kids, or are allergic to black mold: DO NOT STAY HERE. In the middle of the first night, the black mold was so thick we had headaches. Went to the front desk at 2:30am, but the power was out in the hotel and the stressed out clerk (only employee there) couldn;t do anything. Spoke with the front desk the next AM, they offered a room of floor 2. Walked down the 2nd floor hallway and mold smell was strong. Checked out. In writing, assured us the 2nd night would be refunded "if we did not leave a bad review". Then they charged 450 euros anyway. BAD BAD PLACE!

Good but not worth the money
Pros:

Overall I will give it a 7, which is mainly driven by the very friendly staff. They are all very accommodating and willing to help. Communication was easy and the response time was immediate for everything. Room was very big, with views to the city. Air conditioning was good (very much needed during august). Close to the most popular POI of the city.

Cons:

It simply not worth the money you pay for. Yes, the hotel is nice, rooms are big and is well located, but the facilities needs an update. Power outlets in the room are very old and not all of them were working. Additional services are simply expensive: parking (40eur per day vs 25eur on nearby same quality hotels), a very basic focaccia and fries was 20eur, tiramisu 15 eur... But the most umpleasant surprise was the pool, 15eur per person per day. You would expect that after paying almost 400eur per 1 night that would come included... no
