We’re regular guest at all Sheraton F&B outlet. What always bring us back here is the outstanding service and the quality of food. Especially the staff at front door, Mr Trieu tran who always be supportive and warming whenever we come.
I had actually booked another Marriott property for our two night stay. Days before arriving, I switched to the Sheraton as we had limited time here and wanted to be in District One and close to the Opera House. What a great decision! Upon checking in, I was at first skeptical when the lovely Trang suggested we upgrade our booking (made with points) to a suite for additional $$. I really wanted to stay in the Pearl tower , so we agreed. Trang was instrumental in making our short stay so special. Our suite on a the 25th floor was fantastic. Our view of the river and skyline was just beautiful and the suite was updated and so lovely. Trang strongly recommended that we visit The Salon ( club lounge for Bonvoy members in the Pearl Tower). Oh my goodness! While we spend at least 60 nights a Year in Marriott properties, we have NEVER been tempted to eat a meal in one of their lounges before! The first afternoon we went for a cup of coffee and were warmly greeted by Miss Lynh. And then the sweet Miss Kim started serving us and when we asked for dinner recommendations she said to return to the club. She then went on to explain what would be offered. We agreed to go for a glass of wine but assumed we would rush out and find a restaurant! What an incredible surprise! The food was absolutely delicious and presented so beautifully. Miss Kim was the most gracious hostess we could ask for. We returned the second night after touring all day. Once again, Miss Lynh immediately recognized us and welcomed us. Miss Kim was as hospitable as the previous night. We are so thrilled that I changed our reservation to the Sheraton and are especially appreciative to Miss Trang at reception for encouraging us to pay for this upgrade. These lovely ladies all made our short stay at the Sheraton Saigon so special.
Good hotel and they have many funny acctivities make us feel happy and train my health. Good place to book with your company or family.
Great service. The front desk staff and concierge were helpful and quick to arrange my fast-track service. The process was seamless—from check-out, to having the car ready to take me to the airport, and upon arrival, another staff member was already waiting to ensure I passed through the fast track smoothly.
Excellent accommodations, Excellent food, Excellent service and hospitality. This is my second stay the Sheraton and absolutely love it. . I booked the breakfast buffet and the concierge lounge. This year I booked the New Year s eve seafood buffet and was amazed at the first class presentation and best tasting food I have ever enjoyed. The staff throughout our 2 week stay was absolutely phenomenal. I want to take the time to say Thank you to a few staff members. Hau bell concierge was always there to answer our questions on best places to eat, have coffee or always available to answer any questions. Once again, Thank you Hau.
I also would like to thank Tai he was amazing waiter at the buffet and was assigned to our table for New Years buffet. Thank you Sam for taking care of our table and always having a smile. Absolutely the best ! We will be back soon and can't wait to see all of the staff agin.
I am a regular traveller to HCMC approximately 3 times a year for the last 8 years for work. Previously stayed at the Sofitel for those years but due to a bad handle handled issue needed to find an alternative hotel so picked the Sheraton being a Bonvoy elite member. First day/night was not good actually really bad however upon raising my complaint the Club Services Manager rectified everything efficiently and turned a bad impression into an amazing stay. It could have been due to her making sure that I was looked after however do not believe that was the case. Then to make matters even better I met Hoa Dong, the Saigon all knowing guest relations expert that I never knew I needed but is part of the concierge team. Hoa is insightful, professional and incredibly friendly. Sheraton defines found a winner with him and I look forward to getting his advise on food and drink spots on my regular visits. Thank you Hoa and Sheraton. I have found my new Saigon hotel.
Khanh Pham helped me with getting a Grab to the airport when I had a problem the first time I tried. He was very helpful and cheerful…even though it was 5am. He did a great job.
Had a wonderful seafood buffet dinner at Saigon Cafe @ Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel! I was truly impressed by the wide variety of dishes offered — there was something for everyone, especially for seafood lovers.
I must give a special shout-out to the desserts corner. The desserts were beautifully presented and absolutely delightful — every bite was a treat!
A big thank you as well for the thoughtful special arrangement of the birthday cake. It was such a lovely surprise, and the cake was delicious. Truly appreciated the effort and attention to detail in making the celebration memorable. Highly recommended! 🍰
How incredible the fitness team was to lead a funny Water Basketball. The way staff greeted and invited me to join the activity was really warm welcoming. Really appreciated to their enthusiasm. Will come back one earlier day.
This was my first time coming to Sheraton and I had the chance to join a water sports activity on the 5th floor. From the very beginning, I was impressed by how friendly, warm, and supportive the hotel staff were. The Fitness team was incredibly attentive, guiding us through warm-up exercises, explaining the rules clearly, and ensuring safety and proper techniques throughout the activity.
One of the highlights of my stay was participating in the water basketball activity. It was not only fun and energetic but also a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
The team here is truly enthusiastic, professional, and full of positive energy, which made the entire experience even more special. It was a unique and enjoyable experience that I will definitely remember and I truly look forward to coming back to Sheraton in the future 💙
Wow. Incredible service and accommodations. For example, I saw a beautiful top while touring at Cu Chi tunnels gift shop and did not purchase. I mistakenly thought I could buy nearby the hotel as there is a lot of shopping. However, I was so disappointed to discover the top I wanted was a one of a kind piece. I was thinking about it and regretting my decision to not buy it. I asked the concierge if they could assist and they had someone from the hotel go and get it for me. The Cu Chi tunnels are almost 2 hours away with traffic. I am so grateful for Toan Nguyen for making my dreams come true.
This was my first time staying at Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera House, and without a doubt it is one of the best 5-star hotel choices in Ho Chi Minh City.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Diem Duong at the Front Office, who did an exceptional job with the check-in and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
The breakfast is fantastic , easily one of the best in HCMC. The variety is impressive and the taste is absolutely on point. The restaurant manager (a lady, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was also very attentive and professional.
The Club Lounge experience was excellent, with food that was of high quality, well presented, and consistently delicious. Special thanks to Hao from the Club Lounge, who went out of his way to help me try and secure dinner reservations at an external restaurant — truly outstanding service. Manager Thu Phuong was also very attentive and polite throughout my stay.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with crisp linen and a great setup for rest after a long day in the city.
The gym facilities are well equipped and modern, making it easy to keep up with workouts while travelling. Heated pool was a trill
Special mention as well to Alvin Kim, Director of Rooms, who was professional, friendly and clearly passionate about guest experience.
Kudos to General Manager Julian Wong for leading such a marvellous property. The team clearly reflects strong leadership and a genuine commitment to hospitality excellence.

We had an excellent experience at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel. The location was unbeatable — right in the heart of District 1, just steps from Nguyen Hue Boulevard, the Opera House metro station, and so many restaurants and attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly easy.
Our room was comfortable, with a cozy bed with adequate amenities.
We especially enjoyed the breakfast spread each morning — plenty of options ranging from local Vietnamese dishes, fresh fruits, and coconut juice to Western favorites, great Vietnamese coffee.
An exceptional hotel staff member was Truong Nguyen. He was very friendly and professional, always happy to help with directions, restaurant recommendations, and check-in/out.
Overall, a highly recommended hotel if you want a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in Saigon — perfect for both leisure and business travel!
Fabulous hotel in the center of Saigon . Completely renovated to the highest standards. Great rooms, delicious food outlets with amazing service. The service and attention to detail in this hotel is off the charts. I had a busy business schedule so I ate in the hotel (the lounge for a lunch), free breakfast in the Sheraton Club (I am a Bonvoy titanium member), but actually the room service congee breakfast set was so good, I ordered it for 2 days straight. And I entertained my Vietnamese customers for dinner at the Cantonese restaurant. I have lived in Asia traveling extensively for over 30 years. This hotel raises the bar to new standards!

Omgggg i felt so safe, thanks to Hao Dong. I came in nott knowing the country what to do the Grab driver kerp yelling at me and HOA toke me under his 🪽 wong. And made me feel safe and secure..He guided me to safety

Located is good, but the service is horrible, no upgrade for Marriott Titanium member even booking via the Marriott App, the staff from the lounge is horrible, a bad check in experience. Booking in 210 USD per night and the service just match a Moxy in any other country. That is my first time come to this country, and I believe I will never come to this hotel again in my life.
For the second time, I returned to this hotel, but this time in the renovated section. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished, and the service is still as flawless as ever. I would like to especially thank Felix at the front desk, who is both very friendly and highly professional.
First impressions from the reception staffs take good care of us. Room is magnificent equipped with high quality of bedding and so on.
