Stay was ok and comfortable
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was ok.

Cons:

When I checked out, the lady at the reception pretended that the hotel was not able to book for me a GrabCar to the airport although the day before my departure, I had asked reception staff if they could do so and they were affirmative. Thus, I needed to have "some discussion" with the lady at the reception before she finally agreed to book for me a GrabCar... In this respect, service could be smoother...
