Pros:

The location was the deciding factor for choosing thia acommodation; however, the stay far exceed3d my expectations. The facilities helped me do what I needed to do, just by allowing me to be self sufficient close to my obligations.

Cons:

The TV remote had flat batteries, which wasn't a real problem as I rarely needed the TV. The bed felt like it was domed in the middle, but again, not a problem and I slept well.

Very happy with the accomodation. Highly recommended
Pros:

Proximity to Deakin University, tram and bus station. I also like the kitchenette and washing machine. Very convenient.

Cons:

The bed was too soft. Somehow feels uncomfortable.

Pros:

Very close to Deakin University. Lady doing the check-in is actually friendly.

Cons:

Slightly dusty. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the inside. That was fairly quiet…but on two nights there were people sitting on their balcony and talking very loud at 23.30. Sound insulation of the doors is not great. At least not on the inside rooms. Internet was slow at times. The required deposit upon arrival and all the notes in the room that if you break something you have to pay for it, feels a little bit unwelcoming. Just get a decent insurance! Running machine in the gym is broken. Would I book it again? Close proximity to the university…probably yes.

Cons:

The banging doors - they were so loud I was scared we would wake people or the noise policy would come into effect when we couldn’t help it even when we tried to shut them really quietly!
