Pros:

Cons:

The banging doors - they were so loud I was scared we would wake people or the noise policy would come into effect when we couldn’t help it even when we tried to shut them really quietly!

Discrimination disgrace
Cons:

Management refused to refund so I changed the booking for a friend to stay. Reception told me based on looks, a holding fee of $250 might be taken. I was disgusted. Based on looks!
Not only is that discriminatory, it’s unprofessional and insulting. No guest should ever be judged or charged extra because of how they look.

Management needs to seriously review their policies and their staff’s behaviour
