Asif and Solemon did an outstanding job assisting us with cleaning our villa. From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional, kind, and hardworking. They paid great attention to detail, ensuring every corner of our home was spotless. Their dedication to cleanliness was evident in the way they handled every task with care and efficiency.

Not only did they work diligently, but they also maintained a friendly and respectful attitude throughout. They were polite, accommodating, and eager to ensure we were satisfied with their work. Their positive energy made the entire experience pleasant, and we truly appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile.

The villa looked immaculate once they were done, with every room thoroughly cleaned and organized. They handled our belongings with care and used effective cleaning methods to achieve excellent results. It was clear that they took pride in their work, and their professionalism was commendable.

Expensive for an ok hotel!
Pros:

Unfortunately what you pay is not what you get.
It is an ok hotel.
Hot water seems to modulate between super hot and cold. Very uncomfortable to have a decent shower.

Pros:

I love the hotel rooms here because they are very spacious and comfortable, but when it comes to cleanliness i would rate it 5/10, because I saw dirt and hair on the floor when i just entered my room. I like the Lune Restaurant because they serve great food selections and the restaurant staffs are very nice and friendly namely Wil, Nida and Edwin.

Terrible place to book. Never again. Informed the hotel a few weeks upon making the booking of early check in at 8 am due to time of flight arrival from New York at 6 am. Left me waiting for 4 hours in the lobby tired and exhausted because their house keeping won’t clean the room. Don’t use them ever

I have so much to say since i stayed here for a long time so this is going to be long. First of all , please DO NOT be fooled with those many good reviews.
The hotel is only good for one or two night's stay at most.
The only good thing about this hotel is how nice the staff are. Especially the room service and cleaning team. I gotta say the front desk is not really that accommodating like most reviews said but they do try to be nice. For the most part, they almost never pick up the phone. I had to come down whenever i wanted something.
I wanted a late checkout, but they could only allow 3 hours, so u check out at 4 or 5 max. If u stay one more hour, u gotta pay half a day l. Like seriously? I just wanted one more hour, but no. So thier standard is not like any other Radisson blue around the world that I stayed in. This hotel is the only one that wouldn't accommodate but its maybe part of policy? I dont know. I just didn't appreciate it.

The room is tidy, the team is good at their job, it's also clean for how old the furniture is. The staff seem to be doing their best with the supplies they were provided, so its not the cleanest hotel, its just ok.
The food was delicious, decent variety, only one restaurant, a buffet, the rest were closed for a while but they wont tell u that before booking !
They have the worst WiFix, it even went out for many hours on one of the days.
The facilities are mixed and there is no female only area for anything which was weird. Wont ge back

Not lucky with my stay
Pros:

Room is good but they have problems with room cleaning
I spent four nights at the hotel i noticed in the room they did not change the bedsheets and the towel for almost 3 nights (changed only when I asked )
And my experience with the breakfast it’s normal nothing special four-star hotel can offer the same? and stuff very tough they are not friendly!!!
Spa it’s nice but again staff have problems with communication

Reception people are friendly and amazing stuff

Amazing 5 star hotel, with exceptional cleanliness, excellent quality service, and clean & spacious rooms. Although restaurants and shops are not too close, they are reachable within a short drive by Taxi. The price is perfect and affordable. I highly recommend Radisson Blu hotel!

Spot On services, all requests were instantly accepted and delivered. Clean, quiet and optimum to say the least. No complaints with Breakfast facilities.
