Het personeel bij aankomst was heel behulpzaam super tevreden daarmee,tv deed het niet in de kamer waar wij zaten en hij deed zijn uiterste best om te helpen al had hij het super druk ben ik super dankbaar voor super goed geholpen door hem top 👍🏾

Cons:

Het personeel van de dag erna onvriendelijk,kleinerend naar mij toe gewoon niet een goeie vriendelijke bediening nep vriendelijk personeel staat hard tegen elkaar te praten bij de bali,bed veels te zacht matras deukt in veel stof in de tv meubel veel stof bij de ramen vroeg voor extra kussens maar werd mij verteld er is niet vroeg dekentje voor mijn baby maar er was niet we kregen een laken ,had bij boeken van kamer voor een bed gevraagt maar het stond er niet,werd mij verteld door de onvriendelijk personeel,dat het voor hun lastig is om een bedje zelf aan te vragen bij de leverancier,laat staan een dekentje ontbijt spek was chips hard en krokant ,buiten lagen er overal peukjes restjes,het is een "werk" hotel dat straalt het uit ,
Kamer naast mij kon je in de gang van de kamers alles horen wat de echtpaar aan het doen was,heel hard !!! Ik had mijn zoon van 10 jaar die hoorde helaas alles,dat vond ik niet zo aangenaam
Helaas voor alle negatieve sorry dat was mijn beleving 😒

Prima hotel, maar het personeel zorgde echt voor de topervaring.
Pros:

Het personeel was fantastisch. Proactief, vriendelijk en een ontzettend goed gevoel voor humor.

Cons:

De ligging t.a.v. OV. Maar goed, ze kunnen niet even het hotel oppakken en ergens anders neerzetten. Het personeel lost dit fantastisch op door met je mee te denken!
