Zwaar teleurstellend, op klachten geen reactie

Kamer was oké

Cons:

Na 3,5u slaap tot 2x toe wakker gemaakt worden door het personeel om uit te checken en naar de receptie te komen, terwijl we de avond ervoor al een extra nacht bijgeboekt hadden. Dit omdat een late checkout zogenaamd niet mogelijk was. Terwijl er online nog wel 10 kamers te boeken waren…

Klacht ingediend bij de receptie waarna we geld terug zouden krijgen voor de 2e overnachting. Later nog een klacht ingediend bij hoofdkantoor, echter niets meer vernomen en ook geen geld terug gekregen. Schandalig, nooit weer.

Meer service dan je zou verwachten bij de prijs. Klein probleempje snel geregeld. Top! Ik was dik tevreden met wat ruimte voor net iets beter..

Cons:

De naam deluxe kamer betekend niet overal hetzelfde. Ik wist wat ik geboekt had naar toch ff hopen op iets meer. Ik vond het een prima verblijf.. super bed. Grote t.v. maar 2 cupjes bij het koffie app... das echt jammer..
