It was not very clean.

When I arrived, they didn't have any rooms available. They charged me for the room even though I wasn't supposed to be billed until I actually got it. They told me they would refund my money, but so far, I haven't received anything. I would never book there again.

I hated the whole experience with that hotel. Didn't honor the booking excuses that I used 3 party had gave me a downgrade.

Booking didn't back me up either

I’m actually furious. After driving multiple hours with a dog and a 6 month old, I walk in to find out that pipes busted and I’d have to call booking for an emergency relocation. I had to sit on the phone for almost 2 hours with booking to get it figured out, with a screaming baby who just wanted out of the car. Not sure why people who had rooms reserved weren’t contacted when the issue happened, instead of letting people just waste time and show up. I would have not even left my house and gone if I had a phone call, because we had to pay for another hotel, all while waiting 7-10 business days for the refund for this one. Very inconsiderate!!! Won’t ever get my business again because of it.

There was barely anyone ever working the front desk as the employee was late to work or had to be called from the upstairs room to come down to check us in, the room next to mine smelt like weed. There was barely any breakfast available besides muffins and the tiles/lamp in our room was filthy.

There was no coffee maker in room, the breakfast consisted of eggs with sausage and nothing else. The coffee in the breakfast area had no creamer available. Both the orange juice machine and pancake maker were broken or not set up to run. I was charged a deposit if 50 dollars which was supposed to be refunded but has apparently been charged to my card without cause.

The breakfast was not very good at all. Cold. Not many options.

There were so many problems. The first room had a non working tv and shower that did not work. The shower hose was missing. The nozzle was missing and the handlebars in the shower were completely broken. When we complained to the front desk, they let us know that the room should have been noted as "out of order." They offered us a different room. The second room was found to have german cockroaches. Several were found in the room, including three live crawling ones in the bed!! We reported this issue to the front desk, and then they offered a third room. Since we already had a room that hadn't had any issues, we declined the third room and all of us stayed cramped into one of the rooms that didn't have too many issues. We did end up noticing roaches in that room as well, and in another room that we had. The breakfast was not available at all. The place was very dirty. It smelt like mold.The floors were dirty. They didn't have the amenities that they said were offered. The staff seem to be unavailable and or outside partying with what seemed to be homeless people. When we did complain, we seemed dismissed or as if we were bothering the staff. Our stay was tremendously horrible!!! The best part about it was that we were able to leave and go to the beach.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. AND I WILL BE LEAVING A REVIEW TO LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT A HOTEL THAT IS FOR ANY FAMILY SEARCHING FOR A VACATION.

This place is more for riff raff.
