Good location! Affordable!
Pros:

Excellent location! We took a bus across the street my from this hotel and arrived in Venice in 20 min. The hotel has free parking which was a must for us. However, the room was outdated and requires remodeling. As long as you are outside all day, you are ok.

Hotel molto accogliente, stanza carina, ottima posizione trasporti, fermata bus proprio fuori dall ingresso, fermata tram a pochi passi. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Lo consiglio!!

Miły niewielki hotelik w dobrej lokalizacji, obsługa dba o gości
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, miły personel, śniadania OK, ale bez szału - co prawda jesteśmy proszeni o wypełnienie kartki z „zamówieniem” na śniadanie, ale nie jest ono realizowane. Pokoje ciche, jest czysto. Ogólnie przyjemny pobyt.

Cons:

Brak windy, śniadania mogłyby być lepsze, brak kołdry w pokoju - na pytanie w recepcji ogromne zdziwienie. Jest jedynie kapa na łóżko i koce, nieprzyjemnie spać pod samym kocem bez poszewki na kołdrę.

Clean, great staff, good location
Pros:

Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Location was very close to the bus stop with perfect connection to Venice.

Cons:

The rooms were on the smaller side, but still very comfortable. You could hear noises from outside but it was manageable.

Pros:

Hotel piccolo ma estremamente curato e comodo. In ottima posizione sia per Venezia che per lo stesso centro di Mestre che non è affatto male. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff è davvero superba.

La ubicación era excelente, porque el microbus que va directo a Venecia tiene la parada en la puerta del hotel. Además la amabilidad del personal es excelente

Cons:

El baño tiene unas cortinas como cubículo para no mojar todo, que son bastante feas e incómodas y el colchón de la cama es de mala calidad
