The beds was hard WiFi terrible and cable tv for what I paid I was very disappointed

The wifi kept disconnecting could even watch tv very few channels that work when cable was working

STAY AWAY
We arrive early, to get settled. Looked great on the outside, immaculate. We went to walk out dog in a 12x12 area. Barrel for dog waste, No bags, I had my own.

Get into lobby, 2 charis, 1 couch and a giant big screen TV, not on, not welcoming.
Light snacks to purchase, 10 items.

As we head up to the room, 1 elevator OOS we get that, but it's was a Saturday night before Easter. We walk down the hallway, somewhat dirty carpet. The rooms carpet was also dirty, and had a smell.
Bathroom very outdated, lower toilet, old tub with no rubber mat, very slick after shower.
Went to get ice, followed signs, nothing. Go down stairs, and that is when we find out only on 1st floor. Ok, I get it, then take the signs down!

2 school  mini vans un load 20 kids. They were having fun, laughing courtious.
Then with in 30 minutes, no supervision.  Running, yelling, bounce balls in room.
Broken chips in hallway, other snacks on the floors in elevator and hallway. No property manager telling the adults, chill the kids down, no coach supervisors

This went on, till 11:00, then they slept.

In the morning,  we go down to cold eggs, cold sausage, cold bisquit, our free breakfast. The group ahead of us ate thru all the pastries.  I grabbed a blueberry muffin, cold from freezer type cold. Ate the muffin, tossed the rest at 8:15 in the morning. COLD

So I go to the front desk to get dog bags, after a few minutes,  he finally says, they have none. So he gives me 2 ice bags.

Upon welcome at most IHG properties, welcome water in room, dog treats, etc.
Even if you need stuff, ask. All day water, cookies in a large seating area.
This property does not represent, and should detach from IHG
