Don’t waste your money
Pros:

The only thing going for it was the water view

Cons:

Overpriced, outdated, worn, dirty and mould. Worn ripped carpet. Furniture in poor condition and place was so unclean

It was ok
Pros:

I liked the position of the property beside the water and that the pool on that side can be a lap pool. Coffee at the bar was good

Cons:

I paid extra for a balcony and didn’t get it. When I saw the insignificant balconies I didn’t care. Timber work at pool entry area was disintegrating. No on-site parking was disappointing and that to park offsite cost

View & location were great, however arrival experience was a big letdown so may not stay again.
Pros:

Food for breakfast was good. View from room was excellent.

Cons:

Staff at check-in were a bit precious and somewhat unhelpful, given we had paid top dollar online to spend three nights over Xmas to stay.

Great location with river views.
Pros:

Great views of the harbour with lots of interesting activity on the water. We walked to so many different locations and cafes.

Cons:

Only a little thing but it would be good to see the details of my account before it was emailed.

Enjoyable with a toddler
Pros:

Room set up was great with a toddler, easy to shut door to bed and still have space. Spacious for him to play and move about too. Swimming pool and play area is great and location.

Cons:

My suggestion would be to have some plates, bowls etc in the room.
