Excellent, Perfect location and not overpriced

Stunning views and beautiful staff
Pros:

We had the most beautiful view of the harbour and pool and the staff were absolutely incredible, so kind and helpful. The young man who delivered our room service was so lovely even my 5 year old daughter said “he’s kind Mummy”. Thank you!

The kids' room (standard) air con made a weird noise and smelt musty. The bedside tables of both rooms were very dusty upon arrival. The teacups were dirty so I had to rewash it.

Location! Location! Location!
Staff were magnificent and dealt with our requests instantly and always with a smile! Loved our harbour view and cosy king bed!

Cons:

I do realise some of the room are dated, but am looking forward to seeing the new renovations that are about to start.

Pros:

Location was perfect. By the river and great view. Room was spacious and comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Cleanness was not the best selling point. There were old plates and bows in front of our room door before we arrived. No one cleaned up until the next day. There were old milk foam stains on the cup too. Room was a bit noisy from the activities on the river but that's understandable.
