Parking or lack thereof
The location views and access to transport and Harbourside
The difficulty in accessing the spa bar for a shower was a feature that we disliked. After we had a shower, the access points and tiles became very slippery which could easily have resulted in an injury.
Its location was great.
Pool wasn’t heated as advertised. Very basic rooms.
Location, cleanliness and value for money
Pillows were really thick couldn’t get comfortable over night - my fault for not grabbing mine out of the car before checking in and the valet taking it away.
We enjoyed happy hour and the banter from the bar staff. The car valet service was also great. Our harbour view was interesting. We loved the spa bath in our room and the 11am checkout.
A thoughtful gesture of complimentary drinks for my partners celebration of his 70th birthday.
Being so close to the harbour was unbelievable watching the Tugboats at work.
Renovations were being completed however this did not impact us

Room was very dated, shower was over the bath tube and a curtain, bed was old and sunk in the middle and bathroom light would light up the bedroom every time you turned it on as there was a frosted window between the two, no real room out front when arriving as there where other cars in the limited parking area
