Nice hotel
Pros:

Views of the water, spacious room and excellent bed. Very clean and well presented. Loved that the windows could be opened a little.

Cons:

The room service food delivered to my room was cold, not worth having room service.

Sofa bed needs replacement
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Very central. The room was large with a balcony. I loved the separation between the bedroom and the living area with the sofa.

Cons:

We were with children and had a family room. The sofa where the kids slept was very uncomfortable. The mattress looked very old. The pillows were also not the best.

Lots to like. Location, maintainence, cleanliness and comfort (main bed and carpet was dreamy).

Cons:

Parking and no plates or cuttlery and sofa bed was painful to sleep in.

Lovely stay and would highly recommended the hotel to others.
Pros:

The rooms and kids loved the pools

Cons:

Didn’t have enough pillows and blankets but that was fine the reception just brought some up for us.
