I can't think of one thing i didn't like
The location and shuttles to and from Casino Rama as we were there for a concert
It was close to our concert venue. The room had a nice jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.
It was hotter than hell in the room, we had to turn the AC and it still didn’t help.
It was -30 outside but no reason for it to be that hot in the room.
The bed was like sleeping on a rock, no give, no comfort.
Older kids running up and down the halls with a luggage cart screaming for hours.
When called the front desk I was met with a sigh and being told ok I will come and see what’s going on.
Paid for a late afternoon checkout and my key was deactivated in the morning.
The property is incredibly clean, the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were a good size.

Rooms were nice and clean, the price was pretty fair and the location was unbeatable! Having a hot breakfast with waffles was a nice cherry on top. Would recommend to anyone going to the casino! Literally right across the street.
It probably would've been nice if the shuttle was complimentary, instead of having to pay for it. Especially because it's basically taking you across the street. But the fee was super cheap, so it's still not a huge deal.

check in was exceptional. we had hoped for a Handicap room and requested it on our reservation. however our booking company could not guarantee a handicap room. When we checked in a new employee had just started and he tried to switch our room to a handicap room. it took a while to sort thru the necessary steps but eventually it was all figured out and we were given a handicap room. KUDOS to the young lad for having the fortitude to stay with the issue and manage to make the changes. He had called for help from a supervisor but was able to solve the problem before help had arrived. I did not get the young man's name, but we checked in Nov. 4/25 at approx. 1:45 pm. Please acknowledge his accomplishment as I believe he will exceed your expectation as he grows in his position.
It would be great if when there are 4 people booked for a room that face towels and hand towels would be left for 4.
Spacious room, too queen beds, very comfortable and clean, fridge, microwave, coffee machine table with chair and a sofa chair with ottoman. Breakfast was pretty good, no hot eggs or sausages or bacon but they did have gluten fee bread. Clean eating room, spacious. Chocolate chip cookies available all day. Very friendly helpful staff.

Our room at a glance looked clean but as we unpacked and sat down I notice the chair at the desk had white stain on the front of the seat. Like there was spill of some sort between someone’s legs while they were sitting on the chair. I felt like I wanted to vomit.
There was also a gel like white stain on the carpet in the bedroom. Absolutely grossed me out.
It made me wonder what else was not clean in that room.
I did not complain as I was only there for 1 night and it was convenient location for the venue I was going to.
Front desk staff were courteous and professional.
Today I checked my credit card statement and noticed that I was charged $534.59 instead of the $334.59 as on my receipt.
Great location for My venue.
