I liked the proximity to the casino
Hotel says shuttle is offered for concerts, however its only select concerts. I probably would notnhave booked it had i known shuttle would not be available for the show I was going to see.

We would have liked some fresh fruit when we arrived and there was only powdered coffee mate for the drinks where we prefer milk and creamer.
We were on the first floor room 108 and could not sleep, children above us were jumping on beds and into floor , banging till after 11 pm. My husband was outside and could see the children jumping on beds and running all over. Where were the parents? My husband complained , and the desk said there were other complaints as well but it continued ! You should have more control over your customers . I should have. Called the police as I’m sure the parents were not in the room. We were probably partying in another room and left the children alone! I’ll never stay there again and I feel I should be compensated. I have never experienced anything like this in all my hotel stays.
