Venho por meio desta relatar a minha insatisfação quanto à recente experiência de hospedagem no hotel. Infelizmente, fomos muito mal recepcionados, e isso comprometeu totalmente nossa estadia. A pessoa responsável pelo atendimento foi extremamente grossa, arrogante e mal-educada, deixando muito a desejar em todos os aspectos.
Costumamos dizer que a recepção é a “cereja do bolo” — quando somos bem recebidos, até mesmo detalhes menos agradáveis passam despercebidos. Porém, quando o atendimento falha, como ocorreu desta vez, todo o restante perde o valor.
Diante disso, não recomendo mais o hotel a ninguém. Espero sinceramente que essa situação seja revista para que outros hóspedes não passem pela mesma experiência.

Infelizmente o quarto não atendeu a expectativa.
Quarto compartilhado com o cômodo ao lado, tive a infeliz experiência de receber as chaves com a porta que compartilha os quartos aberta (destravada). Ao conferir a porta, acessamos o quarto ao lado e tivemos contato direto com a família que se hospedava ali, gerando um constrangimento. A família se preparava para entrar no banho.
A Família ao lado estava com criança, sendo quarto compartilhado, escutamos absolutamente tudo que acontecia no quarto ao lado. Péssima noite de sono.
