Tout est magnifique dans cet hôtel, que ce soit les chambres, le bar, la terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et l’emplacement aussi. L’accueil est chaleureux..

Staff were very helpful, room was comfortable with a good view and the breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is in a good central location. A very pleasurable stay.
The location of the glasshouse is ideal for all tourist attractions in Edinburgh. The view from the Terrace into the New Town was lovely. Just a pity it was cold and wet so we couldn’t take advantage of it.
Beautiful room excellent facilities and thank you as everything was better than expected.
There was a fire alarm and we exited into the garden at the top, not realising we should have made our way out front. There was about 10 of us waiting there. No one came to tell us all was clear and we could go back in so that was just a bit disappointing. No harm done just a bit concerning.
Room, location and food were all excellent
A fire alarm was activated when we were there, and all seemed a bit dis-organised. Had difficulty following fire escape routes. At no time were there any checks of guests having gathered. Fortunately it was a false alarm.
The fact that to access our room on the first floor, we had to go via the third floor (which involved quite a trek!) No-where on their website did I see any mention of this.
I booked our room through booking.com breakfast was included. I took photograph of booking which clearly stated breakfast included. The manager rang my room to say it wasn’t and I had to contact B.com and ask them to contact hotel. I had great difficulty getting in touch with them. It caused me a. Lot of stress snd ruined my night. Also heard s lot of noise/music ? From bar so couldn’t sleep. In the morning the fire alarm went off and that was a bit chaotic. The residents didn’t know which way to go etc . Staff didn’t know what floor breakfast room was on !!
The property was outstanding, we were offered a free upgrade by Mael & Georgina as we were there for my partners birthday & the room was just breathtaking.
Mael offered us a glass of Prosecco on arrival & some tablet which was such a nice welcome.
Couldn’t fault this property at all, situated right next door to the Edinburgh playhouse with lots of lovely bars & restaurants close by.
Check in, room and lounge aal excellent as was breakfast. There was everything in the room that was/would be required for our stay.
Not a dislike only a comment/ very slight point was that after being seated for breakfast and receiving beverages there was quite a long wait before our cooked breakfast was taken. This made us a little late for checking out at 11.
Everything in the hotel looks exceptional, the room was prestige. The hotel itself looks amazing.
Nothing it was perfect
Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly - Isaac was a great source of knowledge and very helpful.
Room was a little cold but staff resolved the issue.
Loved it.
Service in the bar was the best part :)
Nothing.
All excellent! Loved the bathroom with free-standing bath. Loved sitting g in the Snug beside the ‘open’ fire!
Nothing!
Location ideal for al transport connections. Hotel had a quirky layout compared to many hotels which was nice
Fab location, easy to get to and from centre of Edinburgh. Hotel was luxurious but had a relaxed atmosphere.
Rooms are high quality finish. Comfortable, it felt special. Breakfast was very good and included with our room rate otherwise I’m not sure it was worth the £30 price tag.
We clearly looked poor so the concierge weren’t interested in us. There was an air of snobbery as seems to be inherent in Edinburgh.
Great location and lovely rooms. All staff were just really welcoming and great ambassadors of this hotel chain
