Smoke detector in room 206 going off all morning from 3am to 6am couldn’t and didn’t get any sleep toilet was messed up sheets was dirty. The ac was not pushing enough air whole room was terrible

Wonderful staff and clean and comfortable rooms
Pros:

My stay was comfortable and the staff was wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed. I want to give a special shout out to Mynon who recognized that I was having a rough day and was incredibly kind and encouraging. It's staff like her that keep customers coming back!

Honestly, I believe the best place to stay in the Springfield area.
Pros:

Highly recommend if you are staying in the Springfield area. This location is exceptionally clean. Staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is fantastic every time.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks for being available and friendly.
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Clean room, relatively quiet. And exactly what we needed for an overnight stay.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. Pretty hard actually. But the sheets were clean and smelled great.
