Bello ma .. cambiate la cameriera !
Pros:

Vivendo a Roma cercavamo una struttura immersa nel silenzio e nella tranquillità e cosí é stato. La posizione magnifica, con vista sulle colline del Chianti. Molto apprezzata la piscina ma soprattutto l’idromassaggio che non chiudeva mai quindi nella notte abbiamo fatto il bagno sotto le stelle cadenti! Buona la colazione.

L’unica cosa che rovina la qualità della struttura é indubbiamente la NON-professionalità della cameriera bionda al ristorante in servizio la sera. Abbiamo fatto due cene e la sua non professionalità ha persistito. Un piccolo esempio: Eravamo in terrazza e abbiamo chiesto il menú e lei ci ha risposto “cosa volete? un primo? un secondo?” e ovviamente abbiamo chiesto di darci il menu e la sua risposta é stata “Eh il menu peró devo andarlo a prendere al piano di sotto”. E quindi? Al ristorante si deve consultare il menu al mio paese. Dopo averci portato il menu dopo aver insistito, stava prendendo l’ordinazione e dopo i primi stavamo ordinando il vino e mentre parlavamo ci ha lasciato per portare il conto ad un altro cliente senza dire niente .Ma da quando non si finisce di prendere una comanda?
Prende la comanda e chiediamo come fosse il branzino e la sua risposta “eh .. non so… lo cucinano”. Ah ok.
Non rovinate la bellezza della vostra struttura e servizi con uno staff incompenente! Da migliorare lo staff e anche la qualità della cucina.

Un endroit à faire rêver, très bien située au cœur du Chianti!!
Pros:

Le luxe et les petites attentions, attribuées tout en étant dans le cœur de Radda in Chianti!!!
La nourriture, servi dans les deux restaurants étaient excellente et la vue sur la terrasse au deuxième étage, un coup de cœur!

Cons:

Un lugar para descansar con 4 estrellas no cuidó los detalles.
La habitación que nos dieron desde las 7 de la mañana los ruidos de las camareras de piso que utilizan la sala contigua a la habitación 29 para reuniones y llamadas telefónicas.
Mala experiencia si deseas descansar y dormir por la mañana hasta el horario de desayuno
