Everything
Everything. Stunning property excellent service and beautiful location. The breakfast was perfect and I cannot reiterate how exceptional the hospitality from the staff was. The hotel was clean facilities great and a very good value for money. Would definitely recommend!
Nothing
Beautiful village and awesome views.
The stuff weren’t nice. I chosen this hotel for my birthday, however they weren’t very nice and supportive. Obviously they don’t like kids!
La stanza molto ampia e la tranquillità. Colazione molto buona e varia e personale gentilissimo.
Staff was great!
There was too many steps. I hurt my knee walking up the steps. My wife had to assist me after the fall and got NO sleep. We had to call a Doctor to come to our room and give me a shot so I could get to my car. My wife had to drive us to another more expensive Hotel with No steps.
If you don’t want to go up two to three flights of stairs to eat, sleep or get your car DON’T stay here.
To begin on the highlights of Palazzo Leopoldo. The rooms, the views and the town of Radda in Chianti are beautiful and inspirational. The locals are so kind and welcoming. The Staff at the gorgeous and local breakfast buffet at the hotel were above and beyond wonderful. The coffees were made to order (as many as you wanted!), the freshly baked pastries and local meats and cheeses were amazing. I can't express how this breakfast staff started our day off so positively. We felt welcome and totally taken care of. Thank you!
Luckily the hotel does have this incredibly accommodating breakfast staff because the reception staff were rude and very unaccommodating every time we had to interact with them. They obviously had oversold / fully booked the hotel and didn't need to accommodate or welcome their guests. We were treated as if we were a hassle. Additionally, fyi, we couldn't 'book ' any time in the pool and the hot tubs would never reach 'hot.' They were just almost warm.
