Magical stay

Well located with a few glitches.
Pros:

Right in the middle of the small town of Radda, not very easy to access with car and the parking is a bit off.
The restaurant was very nice and the proprietor was a great host who also held a top class private wine tasting.

Cons:

The hotel staff was not entirely service minded and especially the staff in reception could do with a bit of service training.

Opci dojam vrlo dobro. Odlična pozicija.
Pros:

Arhitektonsko predivan objekt. Dorucak je odličan i osoblje koje poslužuje dorucak. Posebno dama plave kose.

Cons:

Trebali smo rezervirati vrijeme za bazen i nekada je to išlo teško zbog nesporazumijevanja sa recepcijom. U restoranu u zgradi pored nismo imali ljubazno osoblje, a recepciji bi dobro došao i pokoji osmijeh. Osoblje na recepciji nas nije uputilo u sadržaje koje možemo koristiti.

Top Lage. Hatten Fahrräder dabei, aber lediglich mein Mann fuhr die anspruchsvolle Gegend mit dem Rad ab.
Sehr freundliche Menschen und netter Ort.

Cons:

Zimmer dürften öfters von Staub befreit werden.
Weine sehr hochpreisig, wenn man bedenkt, man ist direkt im Weinanbaugebiet.

Cons:

La chambre est médiocre , aucune décoration, sombre, on n’a pas du tout envi d’y passer du temps. La salle de bain a été refaite en revanche avec goût mélangeant modernité et charme de l’ancien. Pour 300€ on est clairement sur un prix abusif. C’est dommage l’accueil est agréable, le petit déjeuner est bon.

Très belle endroit et très bien situé pour visiter les alentours qui sont juste magnifique

L’emplacement dans ce magnifique village, l’ambiance et la beauté de l’hôtel, la grandeur de la chambre avec une excellente literie et le superbe petit-déjeuner avec du personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Une des réceptionniste n’était pas très sympathique, à la limite désagréable avec nos amis qui ne comprenaient pas trop l’anglais!

Super! Gerne wieder.

Supertolle Lage, heimelig! Mit Charme!

Cons:

Das einzige was fehlte, war die in Italien fast immer vorhandene Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer oder eine Hausbar wo man jederzeit einen Kaffee bekommt.

Hotel bom porém a localização não é boa.

Café da manhã excelente, atendentes simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento, por sorte muito grande conseguimos vaga na rua próxima, era permitido na época (antes de 15 de março).
