I had talked to a person on a laptop to sign in which I think is very impression. There is a person that is in the hotel area sheets, head bad things and disgusting these hoes in the door looks like it needs to get fixed up.the pool was in good shape though

Overall, the visit was good on July 26-27. The check in and check out at the Kiosk was ok, but at times it seemed a hard to hear the staff. Both Jeremy and Mia were awesome, they were both polite and didn't mind repeating themselves. The rooms were clean and quiet. Parking was a little tight for big vehicles.
I went to check in to be told they canceled one of my rooms. We finally got into a room and it was FILTHY!!!! The shower had no soap to wash your hands let alone shower with, 1 towel for a room of 4 adults!! The shower head had water running down the inside of the wall. The jacuzzi tub was BLACK around the jets. Looked like had not been cleaned in YEARS!! Turned the jets on and there was BLACK CHUNKS OF MOLD CAME OUT!!!! I attempted to go to sleep only to be woken up multiple thinking I had something crawling on me, just to wake up in the morning with bites on my legs! I will NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE STAY HERE! It was the WORST stay I have ever had!!

Red Roof Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin is not the best motel, it’s not the worst. The room was large and fairly clean and not too expensive and the staff was friendly so if that’s what you’re looking for then this is the place. A remote human in a robot iPad screen checks you in but if anything goes wrong there is an actual human onsite.
The lobby and stairwell smell of cigarettes and slight mold, there is no elevator and we could never get on their wifi but as I said, we were just looking for a large, inexpensive room with two beds to throw our things in and sleep at night so Red Roof Inn worked for our needs.

Smelly, had to register with a virtual screen that was hard to understand, dirty, no elevator, hot, noisy, could hear everything our neighbors said.
The room we stayed in was great. They were all very friendly and helpful. You could tell they have done remodeling. Its not like alot of the complaining.
My friend and I had a good stay...The pool was salt water. We didn't get a Continental breakfast and the coffee they did offer was barely warm...But we would stay again.
No attendant, anyone can enter the property and come and go. Filthy, moldy, smell is horrible. We didn't stay.
The room smelled like urine and the faucet did not work on the shower.
Check in is done through a video chat with someone who is not on property. Did not see anyone working when we arrived. The lobby area had a strong unpleasant odor. There is no elevator. Our room was 86 degrees upon arrival and smelt like the lobby but worse since it was hot and more contained. Opened the fridge to see black mold along the seal and noticed the fridge was not plugged in so it smelt badly. We did immediately request to cancel our reservation. We did have to contact Expedia through Chat and they were unable to speak with anyone about a refund so it has been escalated to their offline team so we are currently waiting for a response.
We needed a place to stay due to our AC went out at home so out of desperation during these 95+ degree days we had to get a hotel room… we had very little money and got what we could afford… we get there go in and wasn’t in the room for 5 mins and seen a roach… asked for an immediate refund to find something else b/c like I said we didn’t have a lot of money and didn’t have it to get a different hotel… they told us we had to wait until morning to get a refund from the manager. we had no choose to stay.. they gave us a different room.. at this point it’s was about 1 am… the next morning my husband went down to ask for a refund they the person just avoid the question and told my husband they was aware of what was seen… they wouldn’t make it right
