Preis/ Leistung passt nicht.
Pros:

Es war sauber, die Zimmer gross und das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war wegen Umbaumassnahmen geschlossen und die Dampfsauna war auch defekt. Zusätzlich finde ich die Parkgebühren für Autos von Hotelgästen unverschämt teuer.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal , Zimmer sehr schön und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig

Cons:

Leider war der Pool im Wellness Bereich viel zu kalt. Und die Dampfsauna leider außer Betrieb.

Stemningen og placeringen. Pool og fint værelse

Cons:

Støj fra mad. Morgenmadrestaurant var under istandsættelse og det nye var meget larmende og lukket. Ift hotellets standart synes vi ikke selve maden til morgenmad levede op til vores forventninger. Tørt og blødt brød. Tør og kedelig røræg med blød bacon. Ingen blødkogt æg.

Die Lage des Hotels sehr schön mit Blick auf die Alster und trotzdem nah zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Der Service nach dem Aufenthalt.
Eine konkrete Kontaktaufnahme gestaltet sich sehr schwierig.

Pros:

Location was great, view was great albeit from upgraded room price. Pool was good. Room was clean. Breakfast had good selection.

Cons:

Service was poor. Checked in was told card was declined, but the system was not working. Bar closed due to private party, told no other bar available by two different members of staff. We were told couldnt have breakfast now and to wait, my fault for choosing a busy time, apparantly. Tried to check out, but would have to wait as system down, then could do it. No mini bar in room. Room bins not emptied, or coffee re stocked, a new bottle of water was supplied which was how we knew it had been visited. Every interaction with staff was poor really.
