Toller Aufenthalt in Hamburg.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, um zu Fuß schnell in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist nicht nur wegen des tollen Ausblicks hervorragend. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind zwar immer noch gut, aber müssten aber wohl demnächst mal renoviert werden, da sie bestimmt schon seit rd. 10 Jahren so sind. Das Parkhaus ist insgesamt etwas eng, was sich aber vermutlich nur schwer ändern lässt.

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, nur die Marmelade war sehr flüssig

Cons:

Alsterblick gegen Aufpreis gebucht. Unser Zimmer war im zweiten Stock und man hat die Außenalster nur ein kleines bisschen zwischen den Bäumen gesehen. Es war aber auch nicht möglich, ein Fenster zu öffnen, da zwischen Außenalster und Hotel eine vierspurige Straße war. Autoverkehr und Lärm 24 Stunden🥺.

prinzipiell alles, ich bin völlig begeistert, schon lange nicht mehr soviel ehrliche Freundlichkeit erlebt und Dienstleistungsliebe - von A-Z - das Frühstück ist ein Traum mit sensationellen Ausblick, die nagebote im Hotel sind inspirierend in der Rooftop bar kann man den abend schön ausklingen lassen und auch noch mit dem Rad vom Hotel um die Alster fahren - mein neues absolutes Lieblingshotel
