Zweckmäßig und weitestgehend auch komfortabel.
Pros:

Zimmer war entsprechend eines 4 Sterne Hotels, Sauber mit gutem Badezimmer. Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings leider nicht im 4ten Stock. Lage ist hervorragend an der Außenalster und kurzen Wegen in die Innenstadt!
Das Auto wurde in die Garage gefahren und auch zurückgebracht!

Cons:

Das Einchecken hat sehr lange gedauert, angeblich musste noch jemand "drüber schauen", was dann ca. 30 Min. dauerte.
Ich sollte eine Beschreibung bekommen, wie ich direkt über Ihre Homepage buchen kann, habe ich aber nicht bekommen.
Was mir gar nicht gefällt, dass ich alle Nachrichten von Ihnen in englischer Sprache bekomme!!! Ich bin 76 Jahre alt und mein Englisch ist nicht mehr gut!

Leider nur spa und Fitnessstudio

Cons:

Leider verlief unser Hotelaufenthalt nicht wie gewünscht. Beim Einchecken wurde uns ein Zimmer-Upgrade für 40 Euro pro Nacht angeboten, das wir annahmen. Unglücklicherweise stellte sich heraus, dass sich das Zimmer direkt unter dem Restaurant befand, das gerade renoviert wurde. Von 8 bis 18 Uhr war es dort so laut wie auf einer Baustelle. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhielten wir lediglich ein „Tut uns leid“, dass man nichts tun könne. Daher vermute ich, dass das Upgrade nur ein Abzockversuch war. Außerdem hätte das Frühstück, obwohl es in den Konferenzraum verlegt wurde, für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel deutlich besser sein müssen (was wir dort in den drei Tagen erlebten, entsprach dem Standard eines dürftigen 3-Sterne-Hotels). Insgesamt hatten wir für den Preis deutlich mehr erwartet, wurden aber enttäuscht und erhielten keinerlei Unterstützung vom Personal.

Excellent stay
Pros:

love this property so much. The rooms are excellent , the spa and sauna super. Gym is very nice equipment. Location is excellent. The best part of the stay in the heritage bar. The bar tenders are all very exceptional, special shout out to my German friend bartender with the glasses and suspenders. His name escapes me but he gave me lots of German recommendations , remembered the beers I like and always provided special attention. I’m unsure that he knows I’m a titanium elite member with Marriott , he just provides that level of service that makes you feel at home. I’ll never book elsewhere in Hamburg , and this visit was so special I’ll consider this brand more in the future for other destinations. Danke Hamburg!!

Super schönes Zimmer mit gutem Service und sehr gutem Frühstück, könnte etwas billiger sein.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Es gab die Option das Fahrzeug parken zu lassen.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren könnten niedriger sein. Generell könnten die Zimmerkosten 20 Euro niedriger pro Nacht sein.

Pros:

tolles Hotel mit Pool direkt an der Außenalster, mit Super Aussicht. Bar und Restaurant sind einmal und Abends hat man hier einen fantastischen Blick. Die Zimmer waren toll ausgestattet. Pool war ebenfalls toll.
Frühstück war einfach der Hammer.
Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

WLAN ging bei uns im Zimmer überhaupt nicht.
