Insgesamt sehr gut, leider war mein Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt

Ambiente/ Zimmergestaltung und Ausstattung sehr gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte eine Renovierung verdient. Die Toilette hatte zahlreiche Sprünge der Fliesenboden Risse, der Parkettboden hat Flecken und ist sehr abgenützt, ebenso täte dem Teppichboden eine Intensivreinigung gut . Ich hoffe, es ist ein Einzelfall

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist leider überhaupt nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Besonders das Badezimmer war eine große Enttäuschung – in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und alles andere als angenehm. Insgesamt steht die Qualität der Unterkunft in keinem Verhältnis zum verlangten Preis. Für diese Zimmerkategorie hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Location is close by to buses trains and in walking distance to centre rooms are clean and very presentable we had a top floor it was lovely

非常不推荐在炎热的时候前往该酒店
Pros:

在面对无法解决的困难的时候，酒店的员工确实在努力提供适当的硬件以弥补不足。

Cons:

热得没法住！房间里空调制冷效果很差。尽管德国的夏天一般可能不需要空调制冷。但大堂的空调却很凉快，也就是说——酒店其实可以提供高质量的空调，但他们只给大堂开足制冷，而房间的制冷效果很差！
作为一家四星级酒店，我认为它应该做好面对极端炎热天气的准备，但很显然这家酒店没有，非常令人失望！非常糟糕！

Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstück, der Blick auf die Alster beim Frühstücken. Das sehr nette Personal

Cons:

Einmal Zimmer vergessen sauber zu machen.
Info weiter gegeben, wurde sofort sauber gemacht.
Zimmer lag etwas ungünstig im Inneren, war dadurch sehr dunkel und keine Aussicht. Hierfür wR der Preis einfach zu hoch.

Overall is a an okay hotel
Pros:

Great location and big, clean rooms.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work properly. Very old system and putting it in -3 also did not cool the room.
The controls did not work properly either.
