Ob wir das Hotel in der nächsten Zeit erneut besuchen bleibt abzuwarten

Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Ein Hinweis, dass das Restaurant geschlossen ist, wäre hilfreich. Zum Ausgleich wurde die Roof-Top Bar empfohlen - wirklich super - es sei denn, man wartet 1 1/2 Stunde auf die Hauptspeise, die wir letztendlich nicht mehr eingenommen haben. Das Personal war wirklich bemüht, wurde aber seitens der Küche schmälich im Stich gelassen. Also ab aufs Zimmer um dort etwas zu bestellen - alle Versuche Roomservice, Housekeeping, Rezeption zu erreichen vielen ins Leere

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gute Erreichbarkeit, durchdachtes Interieur Design, wunderscjöne Badewanne, Willkommensgeschenk, gratis Angebot für Museumbesuch, Wellnessbereich sehr angenehm, lwckeres Erfrischungsgetränk, Erfrischungstücher japanischer Art am Empfang, schönes Schwimmbad, leckerster Cappuccino der Welt und dann noch gratis ♥️

Cons:

Dampfsauna war defekt.
Betten etwas weich.

Super tolles Frühstück, war mega lecker und das Servicepersonal sehr aufmerksam und was ich besonders gut fand , ein Team was sehr harmonierte miteinander ...
Sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen und die Badewanne war ein Luxustraum 👍

Cons:

Wir fanden uns nicht sehr gut beraten von dem Empfangspersonal , es hat sich alles geklärt aber die Erklärungen auf unsere Fragen waren sehr kläglich
