Lage toll, Rest für den Preis enttäuschend
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Rezeption super freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer in den Hof (stand tatsächlich klein in der Buchung). Restaurant geschlossen, aus der wurde man 20 min vor 12 ruppig vertrieben, dann in den Frühstücksraum gegangen, um irgendwo mal einen Blick auf die Alster zu erhaschen, da 20 min nicht angesprochen. Sind dann ins Atlantic Hotel nebenan zum frühstücken gegangen (sehr empfehlenswert).

Cons:

Liften te gebruiken zonder hotelkaart, lijkt minder veilig, gezien receptie ver i de lobby is , zeker 15 m voor bij de liften

Tolles Hotel in toller Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage an der Alster und die Fahrräder. Das Frühstück und die Aussicht ist optimal.

Cons:

Dass man versucht einen mit Getränken zu ködern und dafür keinen Zimmerservice zu bekommen! Ist was für Leute die Cola im ungereinigten Zimmer trinken wollen!

Cons:

Sehr teures Zimmer mit Blick auf die Alster gebucht. Leider war die nahezu blickdichte Jalousie unten und ließ sich auch nicht öffnen. Klimaanlage ging abends auch nicht - dafür haben wir einen Ventilator bekommen.

Wir kommen gern wieder
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und so eingerichtet, dass man zu zweit an einem kleinen Tisch sitzen konnte, ohne dafür das Bett zu nutzen.
Die Lage war für uns großartig
Und das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer war sehr schwergängig und nachts nicht geräuschlos zu öffnen bzw zu schließen.
Und wir hatten eine große Zudecke für zwei Personen, aber das ging dann dich erstaunlich gut.
