Terrible customer service & experience
Pros:

The customer service at this hotel is poor at best. The reception staff are unwelcoming and rude - we witnessed one sour looking staff member snap she was helping other customers when clearly she wasn’t. You are made to feel an inconvenience and the first impression is poor as a result. The room was fine - large and clean. Comfy bed. Few options for food and drinks which were okay. Waiting for the shuttle in the morning seemed straightforward until it became a free for all and the staff just let those who pushed the hardest get on. Having queued for 30 minutes we were then told we couldn’t get on whilst all those behind us had. Staff just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. Absolute shambles, ended up in a taxi. Stay in Madrid and enjoy the city, avoid this hotel at all costs - it’s an embarrassment to the Marriott name.

Bien para pasar una noche…. Pero la ubicación es pésima para salir a dar una vuelta

Muy buenas instalaciones

Cons:

Se supone que tienen shuttle desde el aeropuerto, llegué 6 am y estuve 1 hora esperando… llame por teléfono en repetidas ocasiones y nunca nadie contestó. Al llegar al hotel fui informado que empiezan a hacer el servicio en otros horarios, pero me molesta que no lo expliciten y no contesten el teléfono

Excellent option for a short lay over. Would book again. Fab service!
Pros:

Amazingly helpful staff - we arrived with lots of luggage. Airport transfer was easy (20 mins) and then at the hotel the very helpful porters sorted everything. Pool was great and room service was fab.

Great for an airport transit stop over or business group activity.

Breakfast buffet has a fantastic selection of cold foods on offer.

Cons:

Breakfast hot food selection could be a little more varied and a hot plate stand would help as all hot food was served on very cold plates !
