Me pareció un hotel con una gran capacidad a nivel de espacio, la habitación era bastante grande y la cama genial, enorme, si bote en falta un poquito más de calor en la habitación, destaco la variedad de restaurantes dentro del hotel ,y que pudiéramos utilizar el gimnasio gratis ,a la pisci no llegamos porque cerraba a las 9

Me hubiera gustado sentir un poquito más de calor en la habitación a la llegada, que la hubieran puesto un poquito antes de que llegaramos , ya que ese día hacía mucho frío y llovía

Amazing Comeback After 15 Years
Pros:

i have been in Hotel Auditorium during Fitur. My agency made a mistake doing my reservation during this important congress, but they solved immediately! , We absolutely loved this hotel which is amazing! I stayed at the Auditorium more than 15 years ago, and I swear it’s incredible now. Everything is top-notch: service, friendliness, hospitality, rooms, breakfast, food and the transfer to IFEMA everything gets a solid 10 out of 10.I hope they will keep my room for 2027!

Good value for money
Pros:

Great service, both front desk and restaurant staff were amazing.

Also great that there was a free shuttle to IFEMA and to the Airport.

Great Airport Hotel
Pros:

Really enjoyed this Hotel- offer shuttle from and to airport and even to a shopping mall nearby. Lounge has excellent assortment of drinks and snacks and attendant Thais is very professional and helpful.

Hotel perfecto para descansar bien y todas las facilidades.
Pros:

En general todo perfecto. Limpieza, espacio en la habitación, facilidades como Restaurant, bus para aeropuerto/centro comercial, desayuno excelente, personal muy amable, parking dentro del hotel amplio y fácil de acceso. Todo excelente.

Cons:

Si debo decir algo seria el calefactor de la habitación. Por la madrugada hacía unos ruidos horribles y me desertaba.
